It's a great hotel, everything is perfect.

Maybe the only disappointed is the shower place is a bit small.

Cozy place. Ideal location for driving out to Tuscany attractions, yet not so much remote from Florence downtown. Excellent renovated rooms and superb service

We enjoyed the beautiful Villa Olmi. Friendly staff, lovely decore. Pretty ground for walking. Excellent restaurant for our evening dinner. Ejoyed the buffet breakfast.

We enjoyed the Villa, great value for our budget. We would never have seriously considered Olmi until we looked at the website. Staff, grounds, facility all excellent, everyone was friendly and sincere, as were almost everyone we spoke to in Florence. You were very accommodating to my allergy to wheat Gluten, thank you. Our only issue was we had trouble lowering the room temperature (415), the thermostat did not provide much information as far as set point and room temperature. We opened the windows instead.

A nice hotel with friendly staff.

Air conditioning did not work, room was uncomfortable. Wifi did not work, toilet seat was broken. Only one blanket was provided for two persons.

Beautiful hotel. Perfect for relaxation. Gardens are outstanding everything was great. It is far from the center but there are bus shuttles from the hotel for free they will take you to the center and then pick you up from there within a very convenient schedule .

Wi-Fi needs improving, no movie channel on their television system. These are minor let downs in an otherwise superd hotel.

We liked everything!!!! Service was amazing, rooms were nice, hotel was very clean, breakfast was good.

Perhaps they can run the shuttle bus service a bit later... I think the last one comes back to the hotel around 19:00 which is a bit too early.

Absolutely everything. I have worked in 5 star hotels for over 25 years and have never been more impressed by the staff, quality and finishing touches, than I have at this property. I would definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

Would have liked an evening return shuttle.

Nice calm place nearby Florence. All are close, no problem with parking your car, good cuisine in the restaurant in the evening.Big clean pool, too deep for kids, too warm for adults.

Beautiful Hotel, exactly what I expected. Excellent breakfast,professional staff, couldn't do enough for you. My only regret is that we should have booked our first night in Florence here instead of in the centre. Absolute night mare driving in the centre of Florence at the moment. So many road works and one way streets.Had to pay 28 euros per day for garage car parking! My advice, stay at the Villa Olmi Resort with free parking and use their free shuttle bus. Looking forward to staying here again but for longer next time.
