Located just outside the city and close to the beach. Fantastic view from the room/balcony on the 2nd floor. Good breakfast. Nice staff and service. Aircondition was shot off 1am to 6am making the room too hot to sleep in this time of the year. When opening the doors to the bacony to get some air/wind in the room at night the was quite a lot of noice from cars/scooters etc. |

Nothing Man in reception didnt speak english. Room was lets say very sporty. It was for the first time in my life when I said: "no, and then go to another hotel". I paid one night for canceling my reservation. It was still cheaper than to stay. |

If you walk to the hotel from the port where Moby ferries dock (as opposed to taking a cab), be prepared for an uphill journey! Signs to the hotel disappear after you leave the commerical streets. Turn left at the park and start the ascent past all the other hotels. Villa Padulella is all the way up the hill. The hotel front is beautiful, with an abundance of brightly-colored potted plants. The shower was a curtain on a plastic floor-track. It did not trap the water and the entire bathroom floor was soaked if you took a shower that lasted more than five minutes. |

Läget var bra. Personalen var väldigt serviceminded och hjäpte alltid till om man undrade över något. Gratis tillgång till internet var en fördel. Frukosten var minimal med mest sötsaker (om du var diabetiker fanns inget att äta, min hustru som är diabetiker fick ordna egen frukost). Jämfört med övriga hotell som vi besökte i Italien fanns t ex ingen skivad ost i, ingen fil, ingen salami, prosciutto eller mortadella, inget alternativ till vitt bröd. |

Ter plaatse reservering in kamers aangepast en zonder verzoek onzerzijds, prijs dienovereenkomstig aangepast. Ontbijt matig, geen kaas, worst...fruit. Wat resteert is een goede koffie met een croissant jam...kan overigens ook. |

ottima posizione a due passi da una delle più belle e suggestive spiagge dell'isola, camera con splendida vista sul mare e sulle colline intorno a portoferraio, pochi minuti per andare a visitare la fortezza ed il centro del paese. |

Das Hotel liegt in einem Randbezirk von Portoferraio, verfügt über einen großen Parkplatz und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Entdeckungstouren auf der Insel Elba. Pro Nacht im DZ haben wir Anfang Mai 95 Euro bezahlt. Für diesen Preis war das Frühstücksbüffet enttäuschend (1 Kaffee, Croissants, abgepackter Zwieback, Saft in Plastikbechern). Zustand der sanitären Einrichtungen im Zimmer war katastrophal (rostige Wasserhähne, verkalkter Duschkopf, schimmeliger Duschvorhang, Lüftung ohne Funktion). Neon-Beleuchtung in den Zimmern empfanden wir als unangebracht. |
