Nice clean room for 3 adults and 1 child, with balcony and the view. Cleanliness. Friendliness of employees. Homely atmosphere. Delicious breakfast with tasty coffee, you can also order lunch or supper. Mama is master chef. Sea side only 20 minutes, Pisa, Siena, San Gimignano, Lucca, Voltera...app 1 hour +/-, by car. Parking in hotel is no problem, even with the bigger car. The pool was splited to three pools with the different water depth, perfect for kids and adults in separately levels. Very nice staff, pool bar, nice and clean apartments.
