A view from the room and restaurant like few others anywhere. The terrace was a very welcome surprise. Very poor breakfast. Difficult access by car. |

This is a delightful hotel family owned for more than a century. We felt welcome and comfortable. It is situated next to beautiful gardens with panoramoc views across the bay. Breakfast was excellent. Visitors need to note pool is at beach some distance away, but shuttle bus makes this less of a problem. |

The view was the only redeeming factor form this horribly disappointing stay. T We did not like everything but the view. The staff was rude, the place was a dump and would not have any part of allowing us to check out after 1 night without us forfeiting all of the money for 3 nights. |

Gute Aussicht Mussten 1 Tag früher abreisen bei 2 am Tag zuvor gebuchten Nächten. Hotel bestnd absolut auf voller Zahlung. Aus unserer Sicht in Nachssaison nicht o.k. |

Freundlichkeit an der Reception, Freundlichkeit, ein Zimmer mit Meerblick zu bekommen, gutes Menu im Restaurant auf der obersten Etage, mit herrlichem Blick zum Volkspark und Hafen, sehr gutes und gesundes Frühstück, die Ober im Restaurant waren sehr höflich und dezent. |

la vue et la chambre ,mais mal entretenue la salle de bains très vétuste et les fauteuils du petit salon dont le siège était en lambaux.Pas d'entretien du matériel dans cet hôtel.Dommage,car la situation est superbe. |

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer zur Meer-/Gartenseite gebucht und haben eins dieser 4 wundervollen Zimmer in der 5. Etage mit Terrasse und traumhaftem Blick auf das Meer und auf den Ätna bekommen. Frühstück und Abendessen sind eher "schlicht". |

Il personale della reception è gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati alloggiati in una camera di livello superiore (vista mare) allo stesso prezzo. Il panorama sull'Etna ed il golfo di Naxos sono incantevoli. Dal ristorante dell'hotel si gode una vista stupenda. Facilissimo accesso al centro storico. Difficile da raggiungere arrivando dall'autostrada, I parcheggi gratuiti in dotazione all'hotel sono solo 3 e quello convenzionato è a pagamento (14 euro per 24 ore). La navetta da e per l'aereoporto di Catania, citata nelle facilities non esiste, ma è disponibile un servizio privato a pagamento per 80 euro. Nonostante sia un 4 stelle, manca un frigobar in camera. |

Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer und der Terrasse war einmalig schön. Die Einrichtung sehr ansprechend. Das Abstellen des Mietwagens ist sehr kompliziert und zu teuer - dies ist allerdings mehr ein Problem der Stadt. |
