everything,the rooms were dirty dust everywhere, windows were filthy,dont think they had ever been used, excuse for an air conditioning unit that was full of bug and germ bearing dust, bathroom was awful the whole place had a seady air about it and I would not put my dog in it if it were a kennal |

Las vistas del etna son impresionantes. La desorganización de la recepción. Al llegar nos dieron 2 de las 3 habitaciones reservadas, estando preparando la tercera. No nos importó puesto que fuimos a visitar la ciudad. Volvimos a las 19:30 horas y nos dieron la llave de la misma habitación, pero nuestra sorpresa es que estaba otro huesped en calzoncillos encima de la cama. Tardaron 45 minutos en darnos otra habitación sin una disculpa. |

Staff hotel molto gentile e disponibile. posizione ottima, panorama splendido. Hotel con fascino forse non veramente un 4 stelle, manca di sevizi, colazione povera, reception basic. |
