Friendly staff and pleasant rooms with a magnificent view towards San Gimignano. Great swimming pool and recliners. Breakfast could have done with some fresh fruit selection. Too far from the town, it is best to eat out in the evenings and it really is too far to walk. Great food at the nearby Fattoria di Mugnano only 5 mins away by car. |

Very good hotel with great breakfast and very spacy rooms with big and clean bathroom, with good parking place, garden (and rabbits!) and swimming pool. Close to the city center by car or by bus (I tried both). Very nice owner of the hotel! Very difficult to find the location of the hotel - I stopped nearby in supermarket (close to the railway station) and called the owner who came for me - otherwise I could not get there. |

We were very well looked after by Lucia, Anna and staff, rooms were very clean, comfortable and quiet. Lucia and Anna could not have been more helpful, despite rising well after the nominated breakfast time they still waited and had a place set waiting for us. Pool was lovely and location was only a 30 min walk into Siena. Our stay was an absolute pleasure, would highly recommned. Meeting Rochi was an added bonus. |

The room was spacious and clean with modern decoration. The owner and the rest of the staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and the decoration was excellent. Free parking space and free use of internet. Although you will need a car to drive to the historic center this is not a problem because it is an easy and quick drive (about 5 min.) |

On arrival my son and I were two hours early, our rooms were not ready for us,The Lovely lady that ran it I think she was called Luccia was welcoming and said, we could wait by the beautiful poolside. In no time our room was ready. The room was charming with fantastic views. Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice. I stayed in three other places during my stay in Italy and this was the best by far, cant wait to return.Fabulous place. |

We arrived at Villa Peragnola in a thunderstorm! However the welcoming we received was so warm it really didnt matter. The lady who ran the villa was friendly welcoming and helpful. It is very much a family run business and all the family were extremely helpful. The walk into Siena is about 20 minutes and there is a bus stop just at the top of the street. It is also about a 15 minute walk to the train station (although not in the rain!!). The breakfast was good and the rooms always very clean. The pool was also lovely and clean. The bottom floor of the villa has yet to be completed but that doesnt affect your stay at all, but there are quite a few steps to the top floor where the bedrooms and dining area is. The price was quite expensive for a bed and breakfast, but that would be the only thing that would make me stay somewhere else. |

The warmth of the owners and the wonderful breakfast. It was like being a part of the family. Highly recommended aaa rating None except there was no lift so the 2 flights of stairs leading to our suite was not so easy, especially with heavy bags. |
