Very pleasant, but the hotel does not deserve its 5 stars. Facilities are very poor and there were no English or any other language TV channels Quite, relaxed atmosphere. |

Peaceful, quiet hotel with good location. Clean room and nice bed and bathroom. Compared to many other hotels in Rome, excellent breakfast. Also salty products, bread, fruits, tomatos and ham. Very small room and sometimes the smell on the ground floor. Pohjakerroksessa viemärin ajoittain viemärin hajua. Hotellissa kovin erikokoisia huoneita. Pienimpien huoneiden hintalaatusuhde ei hyvä. Olisi pitänyt valittaa ja vaihtaa huone. |

Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Parking was easy. No tea making or ironing facilities!! Once room service finishes (early) you cannot get any kind of refreshment. |

The hotel was located in a very nice and quiet area in the vicinity of the main tourist spots. The building was very nice and nicely decorated. The room was nice, maybe a bit small and the bed excellent. The breakfast was good. One night, without an apparent reason, the light went on in our room and it could not be switched of for more than half an hour. We asked the staff for help but they did not have a solution. This severely affected our sleep that night. This can be considered an accident. However what was more serious was that the incident had not been reported the next day so that no remedial action was taken. |

The desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful, definitely better than our companions, request a corner room, it was twice the size. There were restaurants with good food within walking distance. Breakfast was good with lots of options. Breakfast staff were not friendly, not sure if it was the language barrier that made them uncomfortable but we were scolded when we attempted to grab a little something 10 min early as we ran out to catch a scheduled tour. |

Our room was just fab. Location was good, but the actual surrounding grounds of the hotel were beautiful, ideal for photos. Breakfast was a bit slow |

Located in a very good neighborhood, safe area with embassies and famous highend brand shops and caffe nearby. Convenient location for sightseeing as well. Entire hotel building/facilities including the room I stayed was very clean with beautiful classic style furnitures and interior decorating. Hotel staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was good as well. There was not a bathtub in my room, I had a very comfortable stay and would love to come back again! It would be even better if there is a restaurant to serve lunch and dinner as well inside the hotel. |

Villa Pinciana is very nice boutique hotel located in a recently renowated Palazzo. Hotel has beautiful garden where we had our delicious breakfasts. Location of the hotel was excellent: quiet street, walking distance to Spanish Steps, Villa Borghese, the Trevi Fontain and near via Venetto. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were very cleen. My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Villa Pinciano. |

Hotel is beautiful and small. In a good area but still a pretty good hike from main attractions. Staff was attentive though there was a slight language barier. The breakfast was ok... with meats cheeses, cereal, hard boiled eggs, bread and fruit. Juice tasted like it was out of a can, though I saw the box they poured it from. Nice touchs included a toothbrush and toothpaste, and q-tips along with the other normal toiletries left in the bathroom. Very handy as I forgot mine. Very helpful in setting up tours and getting cabs when our feet could just not take anymore. The hotel staff are eager to help, but since there is only one person there at a time can easily get overwhelmed. The shower in 102 (besides be very cheap and overall crappy) floods the bathroom and there is a print of a mosquito that was apparently squished at some point on the painting in the bed area. Wi-Fi on the 1st floor is weak and it takes a long time to do normal web surfing, video watching.. etc. |

The hotel was well located, the staff were very friendly and I liked especially the terrace out front where you could sit and eat breakfast. Would go back. Thankyou Denise Apart from the fact that no taxi driver appeared to be aware of where the hotel was, which resulted in huge taxi fares - make sure to have the exact address for the hotel when making any trips to and from the hotel! |

It was a stylish and welcoming hotel with comfortable rooms - we were lucky enough to have a terrace. A perfect location for the break we required being in a quiet area but within easy walking distance of all the main sites. Friendly and helpful staff with an excellent buffet breakfast. Immaculately clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel. |
