Location, staff attitude, value
Absence of coffee maker in the room.
The beds were amazingly comfortable. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very nice.
Only a small bar that shut early - not the end of the world...
villa Pinciana is a very pleasant hotel, if one stays for a couple of days in Rome, but the fact that the hotel bar is closed after 8pm is just not good, having only the expensive mini bar at hand....
We were upgraded to best room that had courtyard type balcony, lovely bed and bathroom and spacious lounge area next to bed.
Room lighting was weak. No cooling in room (its Autumn so not turned on Location a little out of the way but nice and quiet.
My wife chose this hotel for our first trip to rome and we weren't disappointed, the staff were very friendly and helpfull, hotel was very clean, breakfast was more than adequate and there were some very nice restaurants within easy walking distance. We will be using this hotel for our next trip to rome.
everything served our comfort. Comfortable bed, breakfast was excellent with a range of fruit and vegetables, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful, very relaxing place
spacious parking place, spacious room with large balcony(ies), relaxing feeling during all the time you stay in the hotel, very delicious breakfast, everything is furnished so that guests feel comfortable
Friendly staff who could not do enough for you. The bed was very comfortable and the furnishings quite grand. The hotel is within 25 minutes walk of Ancient Rome and the shopping areas but is very quiet as far as traffic is concerned. A lovely time spent at the Hitel Villa Pincianna, thank you.
The attitude of the staff
Nice place to stay if you have a car rooms are large and clean not so central but also not too far from public transport
Beautiful building of the hotel, big terrace outside where you can read a newspaper, clean rooms, good wifi, pleasant stuff, close to an amazing Borghese park
15 minutes away from city centre, mean breakfast
Everything great, except for problem with the wireless internet in the room.
All of all!!!
The hotel was clean friendly staff and a good location
A very pretty hotel . Excellent accommodation in a central area. Breakfast was good and the staff both helpful and friendly.
This hotel was great! It was a boutique hotel with wonderful staff, beautifully renovated rooms, and close proximity to Via Veneto. It had a wonderful terrace to sit out in the afternoon and sip some wine or just relax! The atmosphere at the hotel was tranquil and very enjoyable.
We loved staying slightly away from the touristy areas and the price reflected that, The hotel was very clean and comfortable The staff were excellent. We were able to walk to most of the sights although got a taxi once which was reasonably price. If you are not used to walking any distance it might be a bit too far out from the action. The car parking worked well. We loved it .
The hotel was very clean and nicely decorated. The staff could have been more knowledgeable when asked for restaurant recommendations. Overall, it had a very nice ambience.
Too far from shopping and restaurants.
The welcoming reception upon arrival and throughout the entire stay (3 days), it was a memorable, pleasant and great value for money hotel. All the staff are very responsive to your needs (English speaking is a great plus) and very helpful. Special mention of Mr. Simone who is extremely accommodating. To sum it up, worth every cent n with wonderful memories.
Nothing to highlight cos it was a great hotel with 'budget pricing'.
Room was big, comfortable and very clean, as was the rest of the hotel.
Breakfast isn't great; hotel a little far out from main attractions. But would still highly recommend.
We loved the beautifully furnished room with soundproofed windows, the very very friendly and helpful staff, the location in the safe area around the American Embassy. The breakfast terrace was so pretty and comfortable, also the roof terrace was a bonus.
The hotel - it's decor and cleanliness
The breakfast was very poor. One morning they had run out of rolls and croissants and the remainder of the time the bread wasn't fresh. I also found the reception staff to be unhelpful when we were due to leave the hotel for the airport I had to ask the gentleman at reception twice before it was actually done
This hotel exceeded our expectation in every way.
Great location close to Borghese gardens and free secure parking on premises. Some rooms are spacious and very comfortable.
The breakfast was awful, possibly the worst we had anywhere: stale food and odd service. Some double rooms are tiny.
