Good location (hotel is near the Tower; you can get hotel by bus direct from airport - red bus). The room was very nice and clean, there was friendly staff.

The staff was very accommodating and the highlight of the place. One of the only places to find parking in Pisa.

Our room was right on the road that was very noisy all night. Also, our room was across the busy road from the lobby so we had to cross the street often. The breakfast was croissants and biscuits with jam only, no other options.

Near to the pisa centre, if you are to visit the pisa tower, its a good location. They have few slots for cars, but you will have to handover the car keys to the reception. 15 min by car to the Pisa airport.

Websites states breakfast included in the price, but what is breakfast? Just a croissant and cup of tea. If you ask for another croissant, they will refuse it. So before you go to the breakfast table, nip down to the nearest restaurant and then go for breakfast. Tea/coffee…. Just like warm water. If you spent few quid outside, you can enjoy 100 times better breakfast. Room was ok, but the carpet was very old and the room smelled stuffed. You need to run around pisa few miles to slim down before you get in to the shower room. I am a slim person, still its very tight for me. They will only give you 1 soap and 1 shampoo no matter how many people in the group and how many nights you are staying. Their towels were not clean. Take your own towels, soap and shampoo. They do not switch on the heating, if you go there during cold days, be prepared. Take your own heater. Only one power socket available, if you are to charge your camera, camcorder, sat nav phones etc, make sure to take multi power socket with you. There is no tea/coffee facility in the room. The hotel also recommended a restaurant near the pisa centre and they told me if I mentioned the hotel name, I will get discount. Yes, they gave me 15% discount. But the food…..It was horrible, complete waste of money. I felt like sick. I had to go to another restaurant for a decent meal. So no matter what, please avoid this restaurant at any cost. It is called “Ristorante l’europeo “ You only get Italian language tv channels, so either learn Italian or take your own portable free sat kit with you.

The staff were welcoming and friendly from the moment I walked in. They all spoke my language, English, and were not at all offended by my complete lack of familiarity with theirs. They were quick to assist me with travel arrangements and with maps and directions to the Leaning Tower, which is about a 10 minute walk from the hotel's front door. Hotel Villa Primavera is a few minutes' cab ride from the airport (about 15 euro) and would be a great home base for extended exploring of the city. I would stay there again.

Room being musky when entering. Black around window and radiator.Photo to follow. Toilet flush, having to use two thumbs before stopping altogether. Being woken by noisy heating system @03.00ish. Having complained to night watchman who came and heard my complaint,(he did not speak any English). After two(2) hours trying to sleep I dressed and left the room. I had coffee with nightman. Breakfast was one croissant, one roll and TWO,(very small) packets of crackers with Jam and Butter. I had to ask for asecond Croissant and was nearly refused. Not offered any Fruit Juice or though we saw this offered to other people. Owner not apologising or attempting to offer any discount, arising from Complaints. He knew about problem by telling us he was getting fixed following day.

the staff are friendly, the rooms are spotless, the location is great the sites are just up the road about a 10/15 min walk, i would stay again .

i had no complaints i thought it was a good deal for the price also, it is literally a 3 min walk to the Airport bus stop.

I like a lot of coffee in the morning so it would have been nice to have had another cup.

Very small hotel, bad airconditioning, big trafic noise when open windows, poor breakfast money for nothing just few corsans and cup of tea, small shower and room, the main thing I didnot like is that too high price for the service...

The location was ideal for a short walk to see the leaning tower of Pisa. We were able to park immediately outside the front of the hotel, and this was really useful. The owner was very friendly and happily chatted to us quite late in the small bar.

The rooms are basic and small, but for one night this was ok. Breakfast is minimal, but again, ok for one night's stay.

Proximety to Pisa was great. It was about a 5 minute walk to the square. From there you could see everything you wanted. The breakfast in the morning was ok and not necessarily the greatest, but not the worst. The coffee was good, and breakfast consisted of cakes, bread, and some cheeses and great orange juice.

The way some of the staff acted as if you were staying at their home and not a hotel. They tried to explain to turn the a/c off when you left to go see the sites, etc... How did they know, without entering my room while I was away??? A question that was on my mind afterward. It was a hot day and I wanted my room comfortable when I returned. Not being Italian, maybe it was a culteral thing, but if they want to open the hotel to visitors of other countries they need to expect this. Otherwise they'll have to be open only to Italians and expect much less revenue and attendance.

We arrived at 2 am and there was someone at the reception to welcome us. He helped us find parking (free). The room was OK (bit pricey) but bathroom was really nice. Something you would find in upper class hotels. The towe of Pisa is only 10 minutes walk from the hotel..
