Generally good and classy but a tad overpriced for what it offers. The rooms are oddly dimensioned. They build a new wing and the view from our room was to the consturction site. No noise but the personnel was not too helpful with giving another room. Nice hotel but, come on... It's not the Ritz. The plate asking to respect the "valuable" furniture, competely out of place. Plus, they did not look so valuable. A/C shuts down when you open the window: gives a sense of cheap. Breakfast very verage for the price range of the hotel. Value for money ratio: low. |

Such very beautiful grounds and building,especially the chapel which was one of the main reasons I chose to stay there. I thought the restaurant, its menu and wine list plus the staff were all excellent. I felt very well looked after by the restaurant staff actually. The staff and services in the therma/hydro pool and beauty salon were also excellent. A beautiful and romantic place to stay. From the photos the hotel looks far more secluded than it actually is. In reality it is on the road and there are rather a lot of pylons around it. Also it did detract a little that there was so much (and I'm sure very necessary) building work going on whilst I stayed there. Sadly at breakfast the coffee served tended to be cold or on the cool side. Very unitalian I thought!!! |

My wife and I really felt the swimming / fitness centre was outstanding. Our bedroom was really comfortable but there were things like the 'cellotaped' remote control for the tv and the toilet seat with a plastic 'stopper' that made the room feel it was being cleaned but not maintained. However staff were really efficient and courteous A very limited breakfast experience (scrambled eggs and bacon for a week!!) made this more 3 star than 4. . The spa pool area was closed for nearly the whole week with no explanation and even when open was limited from 4.30 onwards = staffing issues. This was one of the main features that attracted us to the hotel. No attempt at reducing the price for this. Photos did not = industrial location. |

Impressive restaurant. Good breakfast facilities. Friendly staff. Relaxed atmosphere. Fabulous leisure facilities. The building work was an eye-sore - but in the end it did not detract from a good stay. Rather close(convenient) to the main SS12 road, but actually little noise. |

Wij wisten niet dat het hotel in een nieuwbouwfase verkeerde! Het restaurant lag nog in het oude gebouw. Lekker eten en uitstekende wijn ! De kamers waren piekfijn in orde. Wij hadden een ander hotel in gedachten. |

L'hotel è appena stato ristrutturato ed è un'ottima combinazione per visitare la città di Verona, scoprire le valli del Valpolicella e trascorrere piacevolmente un po' di relax. I punto di forza della struttura sono sicuramente il suo Centro Benessere e la cordialità dello Staff. |

Ottima accoglienza, ottima colazione. Circondato dal Verde con un carinissimo ponte di legno sul laghetto con i cigni. Non ho potuto provare il percorso benessere (compreso nel prezzo), ma la struttura è davvero bella. La camera è grande e molto bella. L'ascensore era in ristrutturazione. Forse doveva essere segnalato. |

Sehr schöne Gartenanlage und Wellnessbereich, der auch von externen Gästen genutzt wird. Ausreichend kostenliose Parkplatzmöglichkeiten direkt am Hotel. Es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass derzeit eine große Baustelle besteht und das Hotel umgebaut wird. Baulärm ab 8 Uhr. Frühstück und speziell das Personal dort lässt zu wünschen übrig. |

Le piscine interne molto confortevoli, attrezzatissime, pulite, gratuite per i clienti dell'hotel. La mancanza di un accesso diretto dall'hotel non crea problemi nella bella stagione. Soddisfacente la prima colazione. Il ristorante! Costoso e decisamente carente sotto ogni aspetto, malgrado la bellezza della villa in cui è collocato. Sarebbe appena accettabile in una pensione di 2 stelle, ma a prezzi ovviamente ben diversi. |
