Very nice and helpful staff, nice atmosphere at the hotel, rather spacious rooms, we loved the nice terrace outside the rooms. For us as a family, our main reason for choosing this hotel was the possibility to book a 4-bed room. Our children especially loved the breakfast buffet. The hotel is situated just 2 minutes walk from the bus- and railway station, which was very convenient, while the old city centre takes a little longer to walk to. Beds could have been softer to our taste, but springboard beds seem to be the standard all over southern Europe... We never managed to get the airconditioning to actually make a cool sleeping atmosphere, but for heating during daytime it worked well enough. |

I have appreciate the beautiful and original decoration of the building and its cleanliness. But, most of all, I was very nicely impressed by the kindness of the personnel. They are that kind that I would dare to say that they are representative for the Italian people, probably one of the nicest people in the world. Most probably, I will choose the same hotel for my next stay in Catania. |

The concierge (especially Carlo) went out of his way to help us. He researched on the internet to find information on bus schedules and trains for us. Breakfast was one of the best we had in Italy. The hotel is near the train station which makes it convenient for transportation but the neighborhood is a little iffy. |

Hotel Villa Romeo is a beautiful hotel with very good location just close to the train station. My room was connected with terrace with many flowers and quiet music. It was very relaxing for me. Hotel staff was very kind, the breakfast really satisfied. I wish you to keep the level of luxury and lot of success in the future. |

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, facilities are excellent with the best breakfast we had in Sicily. Rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable for the price range. It's quite convenient to the main bus/rail station in Catania. At night the area was a little dark due to poor public lighting |

The location, though not the most attracive, is very convenient for bus & rail stations and not too far from the city centre. There are several very good restaurants minutes away from the hotel. The actual layout of the hotel is very pleasing, having rooms which open on to well -kept patio areas. The staff of the hotel were delightful, providing help and information and were always friendly and welcoming. |

The most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our 14 days tour through Sicily! Staff extremely friendly, breakfast excellent - even superb by Italian standard! Our rooms faced terrace-yards with plants, tables and chairs. We could park right in front of the hotel, so we didn't need the garage. It's close to the bus and train terminal, convenient if you want to take the bus into town (a 10-15 minutes walk). Due to this location environment not the best, but didn't bother us. Would highly recommen this hotel! Internet is free for the first 30 minutes, but then you are being charged € 5.00 for each half hour! |

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff - most of them English speaking. Very central: 10 minutes walk to the city centre and just next to the train station. |

we booked this as it was close to the train and bus station and we had to leave early for a flight - as we were backpacking we didnt want a long walk with heavy bags. The location is in a shabby area, theres a 15 min walk to any bars etc, but the hotel itself was fine. |

Staff were very friendly and helpfully. I can't praise them enough. I would prefer to see fresh fruit served for the breakfast but this was only a small issue. |

The hotel was small, charming, big and clean rooms, lovely inner court garden, great breakfast and very helpful and kind staff. We would definitely come back and stay here again we really liked it!! The only thing that was not ok was the shower, it was a bit small and your hair got wet but not such a big thing considering the overall satisfaction. |

Decor was newly renovated and added character to the hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and knowledgable about the area. The hotel is close to shopping and cultural sights. The breakfast and eating area was poor and let the hotel down abit. |

I stayed only one night, and it served for the purpose. Very close to the main bus and railway station. The lady working in the morning shift on the 24th was very helpful since my laguage was lost on the arrival at Catania airport, she did her best to find any information and help. The room (single) was ruther small and it would have been cloustrofobic for more nights. |

Hotel Villa Romeo's location was convenient for catching a bus to the airport for an early flight, but in a rather run down part of Catania. The room was spacious. The staff recommended a local restaurant that was excellent. The hotel was unable to provide an early breakfast for us. |

The staff is extremely professional and kind. The Hotel structure is very charming. The room was facing on a great Patio, with benches and nice plants. Breakfast was good and staff always nice and ready to satisfy requests. Location was good for travelling, at 100 mt there was there were buses departing for half of Sicily and the station. City centre at about 1500 mt |

Hotel Royal enjoys a fantastic location: just a short stroll from the Roman amphitheatre and the Duomo Cathedral. The roof terrace offers great views of central Via Crociferi. |
The Principe Hotel is set in the baroque heart of the historical centre of Catania, a jewel of the Sicilian architecture, declared world heritage by the UNESCO. |
Modern and comfortable, the hotel offers the comfort and the services of an international hotel chain and is the ideal destination for business and leisure travellers. |
Perched on the cliffs along the famous Riviera of the Cyclops, the Grand Hotel is set in an enchanting bay of volcanic rocks and offers a stunning view of Mount Etna. |
