L'accueil sympathique à la réception (conseil pour trouver un restaurant), la présence de la gérante du fait que nous soyons "étranger", nous parlant français, ses conseils pour la découverte de la ville et de la sicile. |

le patio intérieur accessible des chambres, accueil agréable et serviable, petit déjeuner correct (la télé est en trop) la déco est d'un goût discutable, mais surtout la salle de bain ou plutôt le cabinet de toilette n'était pas digne du niveau de l'hôtel, douche au plafond avec sanibroyeur qui se met en route toutes les 2 minutes avec biensur le bruit qui l'accompagne, localisation assez lointaine du centre historique mais proche de la gare, quartier peu agréable |

Tout a été parfait....personnel trés agréable, belle déco et jardin intérieur sympa .Apprécié le parking privé...bonne isolation phonique et clim impec Bruit sytématique dans les canalisations lorsque on puise l'eau pour se laver ou les wc |

Proximité des transports,petit déjeuner sur jardin intérieur,isolation phonique par rapport au bruit extérieur,personnel attentionné......le jardin en terrasse sur lequel donnent la plupart des chambres constitue une oasis de calmet Il faut faire abstraction du quartier forcément bruyant et peut-être pas toujours très sûr(gare et environs en rénovation,c'est-à -dire détruits et toujours à l'état de terrains vagues);le prix toujours élevé comme dans toute l'Italie et tout particulièrement la Sicile |

La gentillesse du réceptionniste "Sergio"qui a tout fait pour nous aider dans nos démarches et le sourire de la "Parisienne" La télévision dans la salle de petit-déjeûner. Vraiment pas nécessaire.Trop de chambres "fumeurs" |

L'excellent accueil Quartier de la gare, pas forcément bien fréquenté. Mais abords de l'hotel bien surveillés et pas de souci pour la voiture. |

La localisation proche gare et proche le Ciminiere est très pratique pour l'accès à l'aeroport. L'accès à la mer est proche. Malgré les doubles vitrages, la chambre simple donnant sur la rue reste buyante durant la nuit. Le sani-boyeur de la salle de bains laisse dans la chambre une odeur très légère mais assez désagréable. |

Tout ! La gentillesse du personnel et en particulier celle de Véronique à la réception donnant une foule de renseignements en français, la situation centrale à proximité de la gare et des autobus permettant de visiter facilement toute la région, la chambre 107 donnant sur le patio intérieur. Demandez cette chambre, elle est superbe, vous ne le regretterez pas ! |

Hotel Villa Romeo is a beautiful hotel with very good location just close to the train station. My room was connected with terrace with many flowers and quiet music. It was very relaxing for me. Hotel staff was very kind, the breakfast really satisfied. I wish you to keep the level of luxury and lot of success in the future. |

- the staff was very friendly and helpful; the hotel is cozy and romantic; the breakfast is excellent with very tasty cakes; they have lovely terraces just outside your room. good location, 2-3 min, from central station (railway + bus) and 10-15 min to the city center. |

Friendly and helpful staff, great location next to bus/train station - 5/10 walk into historical part of city, clean and spacious rooms - was perfect for last leg of honeymoon flying out of Catania the next day. Good breakfast selection. |

Hotel is very well located near to bus and train, you can reach them in 5 minutes and explore thus all the Sicily. Hotel has nice backyard where you can rest evenings, also free internet is big plus. Hotel reception staff is incredibly helpful. |

The staff were very helpful and welcoming, facilities are excellent with the best breakfast we had in Sicily. Rooms are huge, clean and very comfortable for the price range. It's quite convenient to the main bus/rail station in Catania. At night the area was a little dark due to poor public lighting |

The location, though not the most attracive, is very convenient for bus & rail stations and not too far from the city centre. There are several very good restaurants minutes away from the hotel. The actual layout of the hotel is very pleasing, having rooms which open on to well -kept patio areas. The staff of the hotel were delightful, providing help and information and were always friendly and welcoming. |

The most beautiful hotel we stayed in during our 14 days tour through Sicily! Staff extremely friendly, breakfast excellent - even superb by Italian standard! Our rooms faced terrace-yards with plants, tables and chairs. We could park right in front of the hotel, so we didn't need the garage. It's close to the bus and train terminal, convenient if you want to take the bus into town (a 10-15 minutes walk). Due to this location environment not the best, but didn't bother us. Would highly recommen this hotel! Internet is free for the first 30 minutes, but then you are being charged € 5.00 for each half hour! |

Nice and clean hotel. Very friendly staff - most of them English speaking. Very central: 10 minutes walk to the city centre and just next to the train station. |

we booked this as it was close to the train and bus station and we had to leave early for a flight - as we were backpacking we didnt want a long walk with heavy bags. The location is in a shabby area, theres a 15 min walk to any bars etc, but the hotel itself was fine. |

Staff were very friendly and helpfully. I can't praise them enough. I would prefer to see fresh fruit served for the breakfast but this was only a small issue. |
