フロントのスタッフが英語があまり得意ではなかったが、一生懸命対応してくれた 周辺があまりきれいな清潔ではない |

鉄道の駅やバスターミナルから近く便利な小規模ホテル。ホテルスタッフの対応はフレンドリーでよかった。ホテルの部屋はこのクラスとしては清潔でよく管理されてるが、水周りの設備が古いようで排水時に大きな騒音があった。隣接の部屋からの音も聞こえたので静かな部屋を好まれる方はお薦めしない。私が滞在した日は無線LANが不調でつながらなかった。 |

立地はドーモ広場まで若干遠いが徒歩圏内でまぁまぁ。部屋は中庭に面していて静かでGOOD。 朝食にもう一工夫あればなお良。 |

泊まった部屋は中庭に面していた その部屋の窓枠の所に掃除用洗浄液のボトルがいくつも置いてあり 朝掃除をする人が部屋を覗ける状態だった 体調が悪く窓を開けて休んでいたので嫌な思いを感じた 同上 客室の窓にそのような物を置くべきではない |

駅からとても近く、良かったです。ホテルスタッフもとても親切でしたが・・・ トイレの鍵が壊れており、友人が閉じ込められました。不快になったので部屋を変えて欲しいと、言いましたが換えてもらえず・・・次にシャワーを浴びたあと、トイレの床が水浸し・・・？このことについても、翌日フロントスタッフに言いましたが、何の対応も無く、その日も水浸しでした。 |

The staff were extremely polite and helpful. Hotel was lovely and location was good, it was near the bus and train station. Great for getting around and some local shops nearby. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The only down side was in the evenings the area just out side the hotel was very quiet and not well lit, so you feel alittle unsafe when out at night. We did NOT have any problems but it just felt alittle eerie.One other point is the bathroom facilities were not that great. Alittle dated and the toilet made alot noise when the tank fills. However this would not deter me from staying there again. The staff were so welcoming. |

One of a very rare breed of hotels. Excellent value. Villa Romeo is right up there, along with the Robinson Crusoe Inn of Valpareíso, Amadeus in Sevilla and Tashkonak in Istanbul. Each its own, but in one respect: Every member of their staff makes a stay exceptional and highly memorable. Avoid calling on the first morning to ask if everything is OK. It is very annoying to be pulled out of the bathroom "just for that". Of course everything is OK! |

Staff were very attentive and helpful. A good breakfast was provided. Room was a decent size for a family. Location was excellent, close to good restaurants and the train and bus stations, and within walking distance to the centre of town (although long for young children). Parking was convenient. While it was good having the parking on hand, it was not particularly cheap. |

Our stay in Villa Romeo was one of the nicest we ever had. The hotel was so nicely decorated in the late 19th century style(late Victorian)and eveything was so well appointed. the personell was so friendly and at the same time very professional. we met also the owner who gave us the best of the impressions.very kind and polite. I want to thank Veronique at the Reception for helping us so much. The hotel have nothing to improve . everything is taken care up to the smallest detail. I highly reccomanded. A treasure in the heart of Catania. |

Location near bus and trainstation and at most a ten minute walk from centre of town. At first glance area appears rather sinister but it's ok. Beautiful hotel, lovely interior garden and breakfast room. Very good breakfast (fresh fruit, lovely pastry, good coffee). |

Sehr schön renoviertes Stadt-Hotel. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück - da wird man in Sizilien sonst ja nicht verwöhnt Nachts ist der Verkehrslärm relativ gut zu hören. |

Everything about this beautiful hotel is a dream: close to Catania Centrale FS Train Station, close to Catania Bus Station where also of course the cheap city bus from the Catania Airport stops, close to all the sights of the city, just 100 meters from the lovely seafront where you can watch the wonderful sunrise in The Ionian Sea. |

It is my second time there and it is just the best hotel in Catania!! Feel free to reserve you won't be disappointed but surely happy! The personal staff is absolutely brilliant and it is a place in which you just feel home! I travel each week abroad for my work and this one is just the best I ever had as you feel free to ask anything, they are always happy to help. |

I was very satisfied with this hotel, staff was extremely friendly, helpful and nice, the breakfast was very good and the rooms nice and well equiped. Location is good, but depends on your interests, it's not directly in the city center, but close to the train station. |

Location great, near Railway Station just beyond the fountain. (Bus 457 from airport to Station for 1 Euro!) Via Platamore is unimpressive but the Hotel was good and the recption staff were brilliant. |

The Hotel was excellent, especially the staff at the reception. They were very friendly and helpfull. Also the hotel looks very good and is very well situated near the train station and city center. The only improvement they need is with breakfast. |
