the location was great and the pick up by taxi as we arrived very late it was good to see a taxi driver with the name of the hotel waiting in arrivals. The staff were excellent. Especially Sergi and Fina. they made our stay very nice. Helped also with checking times for transport. |

Thie is the best hotel we stayed during our 3 weeks trip to Italy, good staff, room is clean and spacious, excellent breakfast, good location, it is much much better than staying around the Duomo area. Nicely decorated it has a feel of a boutique hotel |

The hotel is in a good position,near the railway and bus station and handy for people just stopping for one or two days. But it also offers easy access to buses and trains to other parts of the island. We were staying at the hotel for a week and found that that the reception staff were so helpful in giving advice and information that was useful in making our stay on the island so enjoyable. |

Front staff was very accomodating. The terrace was nice. The hotel is not in a good part of town. The free parking consisted of parking on the street with no security. The breakfast staff was not friendly. |

Location is good, parking is free, room is comfortable. I received the room with electrical water pompa at the bathroom. Noise from it was every time during use the bathroom or toilet. The breakfast was not so good. |

If you need to stay in Catania for a few days, this is a fine, small hotel. Very clean, friendly, everyone speaks English and offers advice on restaurants. I arrvied very late one night, and was directed to a perfect tratatoria around the corner--a real place for locals, not tourists--where I was warmly recevied and fed at 11pm. The breakfast was fine. This is a great location if you are touring Sicily and need an inexpensive place to launch. However, there is no beach or other recreational facilities nearby--if you want to be close to the train and bus station, this is it. |
