The staff were both friendly and helpful ,Our room was comfortable and clean and the walkway through the grounds of the Hotel to San Agata was a great asset ,we felt it was a very safe please to be in general we were very happy with our stay.

The hotel is very nice and quite comfortable. Public transportation is very accessible.

Hotel is quite far away from center of Sorrento (even though it is very accessible thanks to public transportation).

Friendly staff, relaxing picturesque location

Noise at night both externally traffic, fireworks etc & internally notably banging of doors & not soundproof rooms so activities in room tv,talking, bathroom,etc overheard. Would benefit from air-conditioning as if did not close louvres/doors noise excessive but made room uncomfortably hot

Very friendly staff. Well appointed rooms with fantastic views over the Bay of Naples. Warm swimming pool. Cooler in temperature than downtown Sorrento

We got the sea view room which was a little extra but well worth it amazing views over Sorrento with an outside balcony to relax on at night. Had a swimming pool which was great as most hotels in Italy don't. Bus runs every 1/2 hour and there is a free shuttle but it only goes twice in the morning and twice at night.

Hot breakfast was not hot. Room was a bit dated. A long way out of town - do not take a taxi as we made that mistake and paid for it! Bus outside the train station to S. Agata will drop you outside the hotel for 2 euro taxi was 45 euro.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The villa romita is beautifully situated and our room had an amazing view.

We thought the food rather average especially the breakfasts. The web site said a free minibus ran to Sorrento. This was not the case while we were there. We spent a lot of time waiting for buses.

'Upgraded' to Hermitage (sister hotel) Villa Romita not actually open and being used. Hermitage was lovely, a classic older style hotel with decadence oozing from every room. breakfast was adequate. Views over Sorrento were stunning from our room (512) top floor with balcony. . Easy trip by train to Pompei once in Sorrento. Visit to Capri recommend as a must. Make sure you get to Capri Center.

Not a lot, very pleasent stay (5 nights) Need bus/car to get to Sorrento centre. Bus stops outside hotel.

Schöne Lage inmitten von Olivenhainen , Nähe zum kleinen Ort Sant Agata , gute Busverbindungen nach Sorrent mit Bushaltestelle direkt vor dem Hotel , Blick auf den Golf von Neapel

Die Ausstattung der Zimmer war recht dürftig, keine Klimaanlage, kein Fön. Minibar au0er Betrieb, fünf !! kaputte Glühbirnen , Tisch auf dem Balkon kaputt, Frühstücksraum nicht sehr sauber, Kaffee aus dem Automaten war kalt , unfreundliche Bedienungen, das schmutzioge Geschirr wurde nicht abgeräumt , Geruchsbelästigung durch Müllverbrennung ,

Très agréable. Il serait bon de préciser que la Villa Romita se trouve à S. Agata et non à Sorento (village voisin). Elle serait ainsi plus facile à trouver.

wir haben ein Upgrade in`s Grand Hotel Hermitage gemacht - leider hatte die Villa Romita (Schwesterhotel) keine Klimaanlage. Ansonsten alles super !!!!

De nabijheid van St Agatha (5 min wandelafstand) en Hotel Hermitage, de behulpzaamheid en de vriendelijkheid van het personeel, de goede bereikbaarheid via openbaar vervoer. Wij zijn zeer tevreden van ons verblijf daar.
