El desayuno es muy bueno, tiene zumo de naranja natural, y es muy variado y de muy buena calidad. La limpieza del hotel bien, no hay ruidos del exterior y esta en la orilla del lago. La habitación olia mucho a tabaco, me quejé y me dijeron que no tenían habitaciones para no fumadores. |

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful in providing information on restaurants as they only provide breakfast. The lake is across the road and has sun beds. Desenzano centre is just a short walk away to shops, restaurants, ferry and boat hire. |

Internet should be free as electricity is. They don't charge 5 EUR for 30 minutes it takes to charge a phone - and charging actually uses more electricity. Using internet doesn't add to the cost of providing the internet. |

The lake location was wonderful and the staff very helpful. Especially, Vanna at the front desk. She assisted with everythng from internet problems to restaurants to train information. We loved it. The breakfast buffet was delisious with a large variety. There is a bar in the hotel, but no restaurant. |

A really excellent hotel. Very well maintained in a lovely location. Close to the centre but in a quite area. Terrific staff who could not have been more helpful. Will definitely visit again. |
