L'Hotel è comodo al centro, dispone di ampi e ben curati spazi e la zona piscina è gradevole pur se piuttosto piccola. Ottima la pulizia in generale e soprattutto quella delle camere. L'assenza di accappatoi, ciabattine da camera e un frigo-bar quasi vuoto sono le uniche note stonate. |

Ho apprezzato la gentilezza alla reception, la pulizia in generale e la tranquillità data anche dalla location (proprio davanti al lago e in zona tranquilla ma allo stesso tempo vicina al centro città ....5-10 min. a piedi!) Non ho gradito che la mia camera purtroppo non si affacciava sul lago, ma credo fosse l'ultima camera libera...comunque molto confortevole! |

We were upgraded to a Superior room with lake-view for free. Not bad location near to centrum, but right on a busy street. They are on the golf hotels list, which may give you some 10% or similar off the price of the fee on some golf courses around. A bit old-fashioned equipment, little rooms. More likely 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. Too expensive compared to other 3 and 4 star hotels in the area in the off-season. |

Excellent location just on the edge of town, but within easy walking distance. Free Parking excellent. Full 950+ Sky channels in my Junior suite. Breakfast very good. |

The staff was amazingly attentive, the breakfast lovely and surroundings inside and outside hotel a great relaxation spot. Our room had an odor to it which was hard to adjust to, but clean and comfortable beyond the smell. |

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful in providing information on restaurants as they only provide breakfast. The lake is across the road and has sun beds. Desenzano centre is just a short walk away to shops, restaurants, ferry and boat hire. |

Internet should be free as electricity is. They don't charge 5 EUR for 30 minutes it takes to charge a phone - and charging actually uses more electricity. Using internet doesn't add to the cost of providing the internet. |
