Очень чистый и комфортабильный отель.Отличный завтрак. Утром можно прогулятся по берегу озера. Бассейн желательно чтобы открывался не в 9.00 а рано утром,часов в 6, чтобы была возможность поплавать с утра, а потом отправиться по делам. |

We were upgraded to a Superior room with lake-view for free. Not bad location near to centrum, but right on a busy street. They are on the golf hotels list, which may give you some 10% or similar off the price of the fee on some golf courses around. A bit old-fashioned equipment, little rooms. More likely 3 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. Too expensive compared to other 3 and 4 star hotels in the area in the off-season. |

Excellent location just on the edge of town, but within easy walking distance. Free Parking excellent. Full 950+ Sky channels in my Junior suite. Breakfast very good. |

Excellent and friendly service, very customer focussed. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel in a great spot, very clean and decorated to a high standard. Will definitely return. |

This is one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in. The decor and position along with the wonderful staff made it a holiday to remember. |

The staff was amazingly attentive, the breakfast lovely and surroundings inside and outside hotel a great relaxation spot. Our room had an odor to it which was hard to adjust to, but clean and comfortable beyond the smell. |

The hotel was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful in providing information on restaurants as they only provide breakfast. The lake is across the road and has sun beds. Desenzano centre is just a short walk away to shops, restaurants, ferry and boat hire. |

Internet should be free as electricity is. They don't charge 5 EUR for 30 minutes it takes to charge a phone - and charging actually uses more electricity. Using internet doesn't add to the cost of providing the internet. |

The lake location was wonderful and the staff very helpful. Especially, Vanna at the front desk. She assisted with everythng from internet problems to restaurants to train information. We loved it. The breakfast buffet was delisious with a large variety. There is a bar in the hotel, but no restaurant. |
