the staff was pleasure, especially the guy on the reception for first 2 days EXCELENT. we felt a bit cheated by room. we have booked superiore double room. they showed us 4th floor room, it was big but a bit used. then 2nd floor - very nice but small. he presented both as superior. we desided for 2nd floor. on the same floor we discovered that they have really superiore rooms, refurbised and bigger then our.

The kindness of the hotel staff! The bedroom was new! A very good breakfast! (good choice!) If I go to Rimini I would book this hotel again and I would recommend it to friends!

This hotel was nice, clean and very close to the beach and shopping. Transportation to and from the train station is very easy, whether by taxi, bus 11 or on foot.

Breakfast was great. Sea in the morning was nice (hotel is not directly at the beach, but the view is very good). The room was comfortable. The staff was very helpful, even if they didn't always speak English. It was really cold in the room at this time of the year, and air conditioning turned to 30c wasn't really helping.

I liked the design, everything is new and clean in the room, the stuff was vewry friendly, answered all my questions. I liked also the restaraunt, which is near the reception. The location of the hotel is also very very good.

La pulizia della camera, la cortesia del personale e la location dell'hotel sono fantastiche. Degne di nota anche la colazione, che nel mio caso mi è stata servita in camera, e la vicinanza col mare. L'unica cosa "negativa" è il parcheggio che è davvero molto ma molto stretto.

L'arredamento della camera, total white, e con luci a led soffuse; la colazione; la posizione comodissimo per la spiaggia e per il centro L'isolamento acustico della camera è decisamente da migliorare, il bagno non era all'altezza delle rifiniture della camera da letto; sembrava che si fossero dimenticati di ristrutturarlo ed avessero aggiornato soltanto la rubinetteria.

Personal der Reception sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Beschreibung von "booking.com", dass das Hotel "direkt am Strand" liegt, hat uns veranlasst, dieses Hotel zu buchen. Diese Aussage stimmt überhaupt nicht: Vor dem Hotel befindet sich eine breite, auch nachts sehr laute Strasse, zudem noch eine breite Querstrasse, die dann zum sog. Strandabschnitt 28 führt. Wir konnten die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen, weil im Hotel zudem eine Disco-Veranstaltung stattfand. Sind nach einer Nacht abgereits. Booking.com muss die Angaben besser prüfen!!!

Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll renoviert. Das Personal ist unfreundlich und unkompetent. Englischkenntnisse praktisch 0 und auch kein Wille vorhanden hilfsbereit und freundlich zu sein. Die Zimmer sind extrem ringhörig - nicht nur die Nachbarn nebenan auch auf der anderen Seite des Ganges waren zu hören als wären sie in unserem Zimmer. Zimmer sind renoviert - sieht schön aus jedoch schlechte Qualität. Niemals 4* auch nicht für italienische Verhältnisse. Nie mehr dieses hotel
