Un peu défraîchi mais en rapport avec le prix!

Cet hôtel est bien situé (à 5 ou 10 minutes en tramway du centre de Rome) tout en étant relativement au calme, la chambre était donc calme, climatisée, la literie de bonne qualité et le personnel charmant et souriant.

Pour le petit déjeuner, il n'y avait pas de fromage blanc et les jus de fruits n'étaient pas bons (car machine avec poudre de fruits mélangée à de l'eau!!).

Bon accueil. Petit Déjeuner vraiment sympa. Hotel calme, situé dans le quartier de trastevere avec un accès proche au réseau de bus, train et tramway.

La proximité de la gare

La vétusté de la chambre ( trou dans une porte, lampe cassée, balayette cassée, store coincés et j'en passe). Quand on est arrivé, la chambre n'était pas prête alors qu'il était près de 14h30, on a dû attendre 30mn!. Le bruit de la rue que l'on entend de la chambre, les fenêtres fermées. Le petit dejeuné qui devait être prêt à 7h et quand on est descendu à 7h30, pas prêt (il manquait beaucoup de choses, qu'ils ont amenés ensuite)

Accueil excellent le personnelle très chaleureux très bien rensegner sur les endroit désirant me rendre et informé sur des astuces asser pratique

Le personnel est vraiment amical et surtout extremement disponible. L'emplacement est assez bien situ2, près de la gare Travestere et une station de tram, Gianocolense, vraiement proche. Je conseerve un bon souvenir de mon passage à l'hotel

quelques petits soucis d'ordre secondaire : piles de la telecommande tv HS et siganl tv instable... Pile de la telecommande de la clim

We stayed at the villa rosa for a weekend trip to Rome. It was clean and comfortable, staff were lovely, breakfast perfect and just a short distance to trains and buses for sightseeing. We would definitely recommend it.

Room was nice (we stayed in the second building, "the villa", which is a short walk from the main building.). The hotel is not near the major sights in Rome, but it is close to public transportation (rail station, tram and bus stops). Staff were friendly and helpful, willing to answer our questions about which trains and trams to use to get where we wanted to go and recommending restaurants and markets in the neighborhood around the hotel.

Staff made us wait in the lobby for more than an hour before giving us the key to our room. Also, the receptionist when we first arrived made us wait several minutes while she continued a non-work-related phone call (obvious from her chatty, laughing demeanor).

- Staff are very helpful - 5 min walk from Trasvetere Railway station. - 10 min in tram to Central Rome. - Clean and neat facilities with good value for money.

- Have to some steep steps to climb to get to the hotel. Was difficult with lots of luggage and kids. Should not be an issue for guests with little baggage through.

The rooms are dirty with dust all over the Air Conditioner. To advertise , they say air conditioned rooms but the ac doesn't work moreover its dusty and kept only for show. When contacted the staff about the AC not working, I was initially told that there is no remote. When I asked for remote from another room since the receptionist said it is an universal remote he said all the rooms are full where as right behind him I could see, half the keys to the rooms still hanging on the wall. There after when I asked if we could switch it on manually, he confirmed the AC doesn't work. Basically he tried to apply all kind of tactics to avoid the usage of AC and finally confirmed that they dint work in the first place. When i showed the advertisement saying, the rooms are supposed to be air conditioned, he replied saying its cold in Rome so we don't use the AC. The lamest explanation I have ever heard. Please do not use this hotel, it not worth it.

The staff especially enrique assisted us with every information a tourist might have when visiting italy.

Restaurant was not open at night time and the coffee was awful.

-5 minutes walk to the direct tram that takes you right in Largo Argentina, the historical center -moderately good size / conforts room for the value, cool towels

-Wifi voucher, 5€ for 2 hours -breakfast 6€ per person -lots of noise from the outside street, poor sound proof windows

1. Friendliness and helpfulness of reception staff and waitresses. 2. Excellent breakfast and spacious, comfortable breakfast room. 3. Spacious reception area and bar seating area. 4. Proximity to Trastevere Station (which is on a direct line from Fumicino Airport and with numerous routes around Rome).

The TV did not work and wasnt fixed although we ask for help. The AC only works from 21 till 5 in the morning. However we experienced that in other roman hotels as well. Lokks like that is a generell thing in Rome. The AC was very loud and not efficient. The fan in the bathroom was very loud and not efficient. The internet costs 10 Euros for 5 hours and did not work. To get a refund it was a lot of negotiation. No free internet in public areas.

Location close to Trastevere station (train and taxi) and tram into historic centre. No-one seems to pay for this tram 8. Breakfast better than average in Italy

Room had connecting room that made it kind of loud (Italians in the other room had a normal conversation)

Rooms/decor very tired and need of a refurbishment. Toilet placed in a very awkward/tight corner. Cooling feature of airconditioning had been turned off as it was now "out of hot season" even though October weather was very warm and sunny. Charged to use wifi.

Its friendly staff and the cleanliness. Sheets and towels changed every day.Its easy access to the City sights

The breakfast could have been a little more exciting but it is not a complaint. What was available was acceptable

Breakfast!! The room smelled like DUST & dirt, it felt more like a tomb than in a hotel room. The rooms are not part of the same building you have to walk to get to your room in a residential zone, got wet since it was raining when arrived. Internet connection was very bad, I had to go upstairs to find some signal.

Staff working there are very very nice indeed! They provide all the information we need for traveling and stay!

Basically no. But I was asking if they have iron, but they don't have in hotel. So I think it would be better if they have some basic facilities for clients special needs.

No fridge,no kettle,no safe in room.reported deffect TV twice to no avail.

Location is perfect, one train stop from the vatican City. Finding the hotel was easy after reading the comments on booking .com. /Stairs from the ring road!!!/ The woman receptionist was very helpful and kind. The breakfast is not very special, but anyone can find oneself anything for breakfast: rolls,ham, salami, cheese, butter, croissants, jam, honey, different kinds of tea, coffee , milk, soft drinks /these are machine drinks/ In spite of some negative things I really recommend anyone this hotel, it is perfect to discover the city.

The room was a bit small in spite we booked a room for four. The walls of the room was dirty, the water in the shower didn't flow down. The waiters were a bit unsmiling and didn't say hello.

The shower was too small. Breakfast was too basic. I also did not like the location because of the nearby steps.
