This is a great place to stay if you're looking for a place close to the airport. I had no stress the morning of my flight out of Rome because I could get up and have a lovely breakfast and then be driven to the airport. The accommodations were beautiful and comfortable.

There aren't many dinner options in the area, but I anticipated that.

Everything about it was excellent. Great location to Rome airport. best value for the price plus free shuttle. Very modern and spotless. It was the nicest bed and breakfast we have stayed at. The owner was great. Thanks again for the stay

Very comfortable place..clean and nicely decorated place. The front porch was really nice and quiet when the planes were not flying.

The staff he could not do too much to make our stay comfortable including extra lifts, advice on where to visit as we had a day to spare

Loved everything

This was an overnight awaiting plane travel. The hotel met every expection and the owner, operator did everything possible to meet our wishes.

The hotel is a little hard to find, and if you are traveling by car, your exact arrival time is required, so that there can be someone there to check you in.

The Villa Rosita is a wonderful retreat tucked into a quaint corner of Fuimicino. It's in the perfect location for traveling to and from the airport, and the owner is wonderfully accommodating in transporting his guests to and from the airport. He was exceptionally kind to us upon our arrival, which was much earlier than the normal check-in time. We traveled all night and were exhausted, and the owner kindly picked us up from the airport, drove us to the villa, offered us coffee and tea and make us feel so warm and welcome as we waited for our room to be ready. He was kind, patient, and in the midst of taking his guests to the airport, he took the time to take care of us. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and the bathroom was large and the shower was perfect. The breakfast area is cozy, and the variety of food and drinks were plentiful. We caught an early flight the next morning, leaving with regret that we couldn't have stayed longer at the Villa Rosita. We enjoyed the peace and quiet, not hearing the noise of the airplanes at night and sleeping soundly for the first time in our travels. We would definitely stay at the Villa Rosita again, and we hope to do so in our future travels. The place is a gem, and so is the owner. Our heartfelt gratitude for being the bright spot on a rainy, cold day in Rome.

We get to stay longer!

We only stayed here for one night but wished we were staying longer. The man running this place was very friendly. We arrived late at night but he offered us drinks and helped us find a place to eat. The room was huge and very clean. On leaving transfer to the airport was offered at any time we wished.

There was nothing we did not enjoy about villa rosita.

The small hotel is brand new, it has a nice little garden.

Although there is a free shuttle service we had to walk a lot to the collection point...being very tired due to a long day sightseeing, this was very disappointing.

Frederico, the owner was very friendly and shuttled us from and to the airport. For Italy the price was OK, but you don't get the quality and value as in the U.S. The home was clean and yard and porch inviting with flowers. The breakfast was OK. Handy to FCO.

The closest places to eat are a 15-20 minute walk and limited . The air traffic from the Rome (FCO) airport go right over the home and traffic is heavy.

The accomoations were very good and the staff is helpful. It is located very convenient to the airport.

Arrangements for pick up need to be made prior to your arrival, especially if you do not have access to a phone that works locally.

Everything. Wonderful gate entry to a large porch with rattan furniture and table and four chairs. Very nice lobby. When we arrived, the manager offered juice, then carried our luggage. to our rooms. Spacious rooms with large sparkling baths. Breakfast was quite good.

The staff was amazing! They really went out of their way to make your stay pleasant. The whole experience was marvelous. It is 5 minutes from the airport!

It is not located in a beautiful part of town. It is an island of beauty.

Great facility, great staff, very reasonably priced.

We stayed here our last night in Italy. We arrived by train to the airport and had organised the shuttle to pick us up (you call when you arrive). We found the B&B to be lovely. Beautiful and clean, our room was spacious with a comfy bed, quiet (planes can be heard outside but we didn't notice them inside) and Frederico is very friendly and helpful. He speaks English well and served us a coffee when we arrived. Breakfast is packaged croissants, fresh bread , yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice and some other muffin/pastry sort of things.

Francesco was very accomodating and helpful. This was our last night before returning home. He also took us to the airport in the morning for our flight. Thanks!

The accommodations were spacious, very clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was good. The airport shuttle was on time and included in the price of the room. Federico, the owner/operator was very helpful and concerned about the well being of his guests. The price was very reasonable and excellent value.

Villa Rosita was a pleasant surprise. It is a wonderful place! We loved the charming and homey atmosphere. Frederico is also friendly and helpful. Plus factor, too, is the free shuttle service to and from the airport. We surely did not regret spending our last night in Italy at Villa Rosita!

Location, location, location. Minuts fron the airport. Best for when you in flight is very late or your out flight is very early. Very good value for money, very clean.

I loved how close the place was to the airport! The owner is friendly and readily available for pick up and drop off at the airport! it was a lovely home with nice gardens and within walking distance of many nice tasty restaurants. it is located in a safe residential neighborhood perfect for those traveling Italy alone or with others.

I am not sure that there is one thing I could say I did not like.
