La posizione dell'hotel vicino alla fiera di rho-pero.E'immersa nel verde . La struttura e'molto importante, ma temo non sia seguita da un direttore,si gira nella struttura da soli,l'unico personale e'quello di turno alla reception,alcuni servizi sono mediocri,la connesione ad internet e'carente e molte volte la chiave della camera non ha funzionato.

Pas très satisfaisant !! Chambre petite, lit très étroit, pas de fenêtre dans la chambre alors que l'hotel se situe dans un parc ( mal entretenu ), restaurant cher & de qualité "médiocre" & personnel peu avenant ! Bref, a ne pas refaire... Dommage car avec quelques efforts, cet établissement pourrait être un 4 étoiles mais pas un 5 luxe comme indique !! Revoir vos appréciations, svp. Merci. Bd.

Il bagno della camera aveva pareti scrostate con acqua che colava dal muro, le scale erano piene di gomitoli di polvere e il servizio non era assolutamente adeguato ad un hotel 5 stelle lusso!

Situation exceptionnelle à 10km du centre de milan. Des tarifs très corrects (sauf pour le restaurant), un personnel discret et efficace. Service restaurant trop lent et peu efficace. Cuisine correcte mais trop chère. Dommage car il ne manque pas grand chose pour que ce soit parfait.

Sicuramente si tratta di una location suggestiva Personale non all'altezza della struttura, quasi impossibile chiedere di alzare la temperatura nelle stanze, colazione costosa e di scarsa qualità. Sono stati richiesti ripetutamente spese già pagate in precedenza con la carta di credito.

La tranquillità, la gentilezza di tutto il personale, la comodità della camera, la maestosità degli ambienti interni, la bellezza degli ambienti esterni e la grande varietà di soluzioni per banchetti nuziali. La colazione a buffet era abbastanza completa anche se non tutti i prodotti venivano esposti. Per questo motivo, in alcuni casi, si poteva rischiare di non ordinare quello che si desiderava in quanto non visibile e non scritto in un apposito menù a supporto del buffet.

Die historischen Räumlichkeiten sind einmalig, auch wenn hier und da noch Dinge renoviert werden müssten. Die Mitarbeiter entsprechen nicht im entferntesten einem 5 Sterne Haus. Gewisse Dienstleistungen sind für ein 5-Sterne-Hotel zwingend, wie z.B. Gepäckservice. Bei unserer Ankunft: nichts dergleichen. Miterbeiter beim Frühstück absolut unter Niveau: nicht freundlich, genervt. Frühstück absolut ungenügend für diese Art Haus!
