Nice building and grounds

Poor breakfast, room has poor lighting, hard to find, oh&s issues with room - too many steps to get to bathroom etc

Great location for day trips into the Tuscan area from about 30 km outside Florence. Wonderful hotel with great views, very relaxing. We stayed three nights in room 39, one of the highest rooms in the hotel, (older couples would have difficulty with the staircase in this room, a bit of a loft) bed was comfortable, bathroom was excellent, no fridge/or safe. Very safe environment. Had dinner twice at hotel, disappointed that two items on menu were not available over two days, however the items we chose were excellent. Local village (Barberino val d'elsa) offers three restaurants which all looked good but we did not have time to try. Towels for pool should be included but aren't, we had our own anyway,pool was great after a long day. All staff are all excellent and try their best to accommodate. The village has a small grocery shop for wine, cheese, olives and whatever else you need. Overall we had an excellent time and would go back.

This villa is absolutely beautiful and the staff were extremely welcoming and kind. The views are breath taking and the rooms provide the real Tuscan feeling. We would definately go back!

It was not a good experience. For example: they asked 5 Euros for a pool towel; they did not provide bicycles; the room was very dark, opposite to the pool and has nothing to do with the views portrayed when we booked. After 3 nights at the hotel, we could not use our laptop because the Wi-Fi did not work. The bathroom smelled like a public toilet, etc, etc, etc. Bookings should revise its grade on this hotel.

Wunderschöne Lage

De familie-suite was een apartament met kitchenette en woonkamer met slaapbank en 3 badkamertjes

1 slaapkamer had een tweepersoonsbed en 1 slaapkamer 1 eenpersoonsbed met een inklaplogeerbed, die op ons verzoek wel een dag later door een echt bed werd vervangen, want als jongvolwassene valt hier niet op te slapen.

Le confort, la situation au plein coeur de la toscane entre Sienne et Florence.

Pas assez de client italien pour se sentir vraiment en Italie !

La proximité de tout les points d'intérêts de la Toscane. Superbe vue et environnement. Chambre très agréable.

Petit déjeuner très limite pour un hotel de cette catégorie. Ainsi que la qualité du linge (serviettes de toilette trouées).

Prachtig uitzicht, echt een mooi hotel (oude villa) echt leuk met kinderen.. Mooie zwembaden met super gaaf uitzicht!! Weinig te doen op de lokatie zelf buiten zwembad maar dat vonden we niet erg..
