Hotel is in a quiet area, well furnished with good breakfast in lovely sunlit courtyard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very good value for money.
It is a bit of a walk to the tram stop through a bit of a grubby area - but then a lot of Rome is plagued by graffiti etc. The décor is a little jaded. It is the rest of Rome that is expensive, not the hotel!
- very friendly staff; - good quality services; - excellent breakfast.
- strange noise from the other room caused by the bad isolation of the room. You have the impression that your neighbor is having a shower in your bathroom, not in his :)
The staff were amazing, great breakfast, the happy hour cocktails with snacks, the easy access to trams.
Nothing to complain about, this hotel is great value, I look forward to coming back!
I liked the comfort which they provided without noise.
The place where hotel is present, is very secluded, feels like insecure going from termini station in night to hotel by walk.
Breakfast Wifi Bar
The staff members were extremely friendly and accommodating. Prices were fair for the quality.
There is no food available late night at the hotel. The area is dull after 10 p.m. Restaurants in the area close early.
Nice, small hotel with friendly staff.
The distance from the centre. The bus station ot stop was clearly shown.
Staff, breakfast & services. Grocery store next door.
Location is near bus and tram but it does not feel safe going out in this area. A lot of graffiti and trash in area.
Great location Excellent staff, very friendly and helpful - as special thank you to Antonio who gave us excellent tips on what to see and how to get there. Lovely courtyard to eat breakfast, have a drink and even watch the world cup!
Good hotel but wrong place.
The location is a 15 minute walk from Pigneto, where you will find excellent food at great prices, a great atmosphere. We enjoyed the 2 for 1 cocktail / aperitivo offer at the hotel so much. From 6pm you can sit outside in a lovely garden at the front of the hotel sipping cocktails and looking forward to dinner. The breakfast buffet is very good which can be taken inside, out in the courtyard or at the front terrace. People who criticise the location are clearly not interested in the real Rome but prefer being ripped off in an equivalent of Leicester Square. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. There's a peaceful roof terrace on the 5th floor. Very powerful shower. Really excellent hotel and great value.
A warm welcome and much needed break from what else may be on offer I'm Europe
Location Staff Cleanliness
Stuff friendly nice hotel
location not so perfect
Staff we're excellent very helpful and obliging especially Alexander and the bar man (I forgot to get his name). Rooms cleaned daily very comfy and spacious. Location is n a quite area but only 20 seconds from public transport and a few minutes walk from a number of restaurants. We found it very convenient that the hotel is right beside a local grocery store and that if u don't mind walking u could walk to all the major attractions in the city.
Nothing we were very happy with our stay
The staffs are very kind.Breakfast is well.
Room is not so big as we have expected.
Beautiful hotel And room beautiful and staff couldn't do enough for us and so helpful very very memorable
Did not like the grafitti streets around the area
I stay at this place often when I come to Rome. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and seem to genuinely enjoy their work. The breakfast spread is excellent, consisting of cold cuts, cheese, bread, fruit, and pastries (no cooked food...this is continental Europe, after all). WiFi works very well in the rooms. VERY hot hot water in the shower and sink (which are both easily adjustable.
The single room I had and its shower stall were rather small, but really, this is insignificant compared to the benefits of staying at this place.
Staff were excellent, in particular Antonio who was very helpful in helping us arrange our days! Breakfast great and plenty of local restaurants to enjoy a proper Italian meal.
Not in the historic city centre, but only a 20 minute tram ride away. Maids also tended to be quite noisy in the mornings (8am is slightly before when we like to get woken up on holiday!).
We got there really early to just leave our bags until the check in later that day. However the staff offered us to have breakfast and to just take it easy for a while. Soooo nice of them and they really made our stay. Such a nice little patio to sit and have breakfast/read etc.
Staff extra helpful, especially the Manager Antonio he seems to really care, he gets really involved in every aspect of the hotel. Liked just about everything, buffet breakfast was fair amount to choose from. Hotel and bedrooms all done out in traditional italian style, all clean. Couple of minutes walk to tram/bus stop. Loved the forecourt to sit and have a drink out the front and chill, you would not think it was so near to a main route into Rome. We would like to return to Rome at some time if we do would not stay anywhere else, would have to be the Maria !
The only thing was the shower cubicle, could have done with it being a bit larger, and the shower head was not adjustable for shorter people. Also they were just finishing the Roof Terrace so we were unable to try that out, but that will be an extra addition when its finished!
Hotel location was not so great and bathroom was the worst I have seen.you can't even open your arms..they should get the tinest bathroom award.. Staff was courteous thought.
Its a lovely hotel which feels you at home in Rome. Antonio, the manager and Alessandro are verykind and helpful people. They are planning all your visits, where to eat. Breakfast is good, its not possible to be satisfied breakfast as a turkish people :) coffee is remarkable. Neighborhood is cool place, there are lots of Tiny restaurants and a market around the hotel.
The staff was extremely nice and helpful, more then anything else I've ever seen in such a hotel. Breakfast is great. It's very clean and it's a very pretty hotel. The location is great if you like to discover the real roman life. There are lots of small restaurants and bars, and the neighborhood, although odd looking at first, is a vibrant student quarter. To go to the center is also not a problem, it takes about 20 minutes with tram and metro. To resume, it's a very nice little hotel with a very good value for your money. The service is very personal and it feels like home very quickly. A special thanks to Antonio who always got out of his way to make our trip as comfortable as possible.
Unfortunately, it was noisy from our room in the little courtyard. This is probably not the case when your room is in the central building though.
Breakfast was very nice. The rooms were safe clean and comfortable also the staff was friendly. Highly recommended!
You have to walk for about 20 minutes from/for termini. It would have been nice if they could also offer dinner as one needs to go out for the dinner. Another thing please be very careful from pickpockets in Rome, also the bus no. 105 which connects Roma termini with the nearest bus stop to the hotel. This warning has nothing to do with the hotel but I would like to warn the future visitors so that they won't suffer!
