Shabby old furnitures Very basic bathroom Staff can be nicer
The staff were great. Loved the cocktail bar and the little garden. Nice roof terrace. Breakfast was good and better than I was expecting. Very good value for money.
It was not the easiest place to get public transport from, although the number 3 tram to the Colloseum was good!
Helpful, friendly staff
The very helpful staff, the hotel courtyard.
The staff were fantastic - so friendly and very helpful. The location is great - right near the tram to get you into the city. The location is also good in that San Lorenzo has cheap restaurants. I also think the hotel rate is very reasonable for Rome.
good service good value for money
little bit far from city center single room offers enough but limited space
Very helpful staff, pleasant staff contact, nice decor and outside facilities, excellent breakfast. Area was lively, ability to get transport was reasonable, newspapers were made available. Cocktail hour.
Wifi was erratic, in some places difficult to download, sometimes too weak.
Staff was very helpful and nice, breakfast was delicious, rooms were clean and the location was beautiful. I liked the music on the terrasse !
The location is quite far from the city center and the public transports don't run late at night.
The place, the wonderfull breakfast.
Available parking and close to bus transportation to sights in Rome.
Mainly the location is good about 10 minutes walk to Termini train station / many shops and restaurants nearby , good breakfast and friendly helpful staff and services.
very nice room nice garden breakfast in the garden very good breakfast supermarket around the corner free parking on the hotel ground
Staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the background jazz music playing. Lovely rooms well furnished. Good breakfast. This was my second visit to the hotel.
Shame re location . Not much choice of good restaurants near by to walk to.
The staff were the best thing about this hotel. Very helpful and full of tips that made our stay in Rome even more enjoyable. The hotel is clean and comfortable with easy access to Rome's excellent public transport system. It's location in a quirky quarter full of great restaurants and cafés was another plus as was the high quality breakfast and the calm garden courtyard. We shall certainly be returning.
Biting insects at dusk in the garden seating area. Some deterent required.
Hotel is in a quiet area, well furnished with good breakfast in lovely sunlit courtyard. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is very good value for money.
It is a bit of a walk to the tram stop through a bit of a grubby area - but then a lot of Rome is plagued by graffiti etc. The décor is a little jaded. It is the rest of Rome that is expensive, not the hotel!
- very friendly staff; - good quality services; - excellent breakfast.
- strange noise from the other room caused by the bad isolation of the room. You have the impression that your neighbor is having a shower in your bathroom, not in his :)
We were greeted by Antonio, who served us free coffee and croissants whilst we were waiting for our rooms to be ready and he sat down with us to explain how to get the most out of our stay. He was wonderful! So friendly, helpful and keen for us to enjoy his city! We were able to check in earlier than the usual time. Rooms were beautifully furnished and a decent size. Lovely breakfasts; plenty of choice and of good quality. Delicious 2 for 1 cocktails between 6 and 8pm! 15 minute tram ride ( a 2 minute walk from the hotel) to the city centre (allowing us to leave the car, parked for free, at the hotel).
The area in which the hotel was located looked a little run down, with graffiti everywhere but it didn't feel unsafe.
The staff were amazing, great breakfast, the happy hour cocktails with snacks, the easy access to trams.
Nothing to complain about, this hotel is great value, I look forward to coming back!
I liked the comfort which they provided without noise.
The place where hotel is present, is very secluded, feels like insecure going from termini station in night to hotel by walk.
Breakfast Wifi Bar
The reason to book this hotel is the very thoughtful and helpful staff. Friendly people who like to take care and a lot of information and tips on the city and the touristic attractions. When to go, what to wear! Etcetera. Besides that nice baroque rooms, great breakfast, parking and lively (student) neighbourhood.
Not much, the hotel is only outside of the city centre. But public transport stops at the corner of the street and the restaurants and bars in this area are most of the time better and cheaper than those in the touristic areas.
For just over 50€ it's all that u need for one person travelling on a medium budget, clean, nice place, very good service with breakfast included.
The area it is located in is not great.
vintage style room which fits honeymoon couple. nice buffet:) friendly and helpful staff but the room is a bit small for us
a little far away from the Termini Station, especially on foot. we called a 20 Euro taxi from there the first night we arrived in Rome
We liked how Antonio and Alessandro took the time to give us shopping, bus, laundry, and food suggestions. Any time we needed anything (iron, new remote, tv fixed) they fixed it/got it for is right away. Buffet was simple and great - all food groups covered. Quiet hotel with couples, singles, and families. 1-minute walk to bus stop which travels directly to Colosseum. Inexpensive grocery stores right beside the hotel.
15-min walk from the closest subway station (which was tough sometimes for a pregnant lady) and off-and-on internet connection.
Hospitality, nice atmosphere , very good price, close to Termini
Small room, not clean area
