Internet did not work well at all, especially in the rooms
Very good choice for breakfast. Quiet location.
The staff was extremely accommodating!!! Clean, quiet, tranquil... a true pleasure
wifi didn't quite make it in every location in the hotel... specially in the room...
Tranquility away from the hustle and bustle
breakfast, large room, good price
The hotel staff are pleasant and professional. The rooms and showers are clean and, at least for my room, it was quite spacious. I did hear some of my colleagues complain that their room was tiny, but I did not see them for myself. The buffet breakfast is by regular standards (eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, fruit, cereal, pastries, bread, jam, juice, coffee, tea) and it was quite good. The staff of the bar were smiley, friendly and professional, speaking English without problems. I would not mind staying at this hotel again, as it is a good value for the money - the price per nice was almost a bargain for the location.
The AC and the WiFi were not working properly in the room. The AC could not be turned down, so I had to shut it down completely and open the window to get some cool air. The WiFi did not work at all during my week-long stay, at least not when I needed it to work.
The best place to stay a Rome i will stay in this palace
It was brilliant experience, nice breakfast and beautiful garden. Love it
Bathroom in room 271 should be fixed.
The hotel accomodations, breakfast, the bed.
Quite area at night, plenty of parking space, friendly staff, nice breakfast room.
10 minute walk to shops and restaurants. Rooms a bit what too warm.
Off the beaten track so reasonably quiet, but close to the Colosseum and metro station. Having breakfast included was convenient. Rooms were spacious and we had a view of the garden. Good value for money for a centrally located hotel in Rome.
Our room was a little dated and the bathroom was quite smelly at times.
Good breakfest and good facilities as well. Free parking.
A bit over rated and far from downtown.
The cold drink at the arrival. 10-15 minutes walking distance from the town centre. The hotel front yard is quite green and nice. Not much more to like
The room was extremely cold and when I complained, they made it extremely hot the next day. Only one rubbish, dirty iron and ironing board at 5th floor, that ruined my shirt. The staff were either very grumpy or very friendly, there was no middle ground. The few receptionists that I dealt with were so unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel lobby is also quite bad and doesn’t feel cosy or welcoming. Most things are either old or old fashioned. Low quality bedding, and wardrobes, very small shower cubical. I am a this person, but still found it very difficult to turn around in the shower room. The location of the hotel was also in a very boring and unattractive area of the town centre. The breakfast was also quite average, nothing special. Quite expensive for what you get and I would go there again.
- very clean - The location was perfect for us. Close to the Roma.s highlights but not into the touristic crowed. - Charming - Crew is quiet, discret and helpful
- The breakfast was okay. It could have been better. - The lack of informations available
location, staff, charm of room and hotel Loved this place!!
wifi is dependent upon room your in. We stayed two different rooms, one had horrible wifi and the other excellent. One room had a VERY hard bed and the other was fine. I still loved this place!!!!

Quiet area, but area attractions and restaurants easily accessible. Good breakfast Staff was very helpful and friendly. Hotel had a nice character, felt very safe.
Wifi iffy in different rooms, one room had awesome wifi, the other was spotty One bed extremely hard, the other was fine.
I found the staff at the hotel very helpful and always pleasant. Especially a Mr Corato because we had a late check-in and he was very informatve and helpful
Extra service, room cleaning, staff is very friendly and professional
The internet connection is variable with time and location in the hotel
Size of the room
- Location: Aventine is green, calm and close enough to the historic centre. - Hotel's garden full of tangerines. - Friendly staff.
Some banging noise which woke me up (room 274) every morning around 6-7 a.m. I haven't figured out what it was. The elevator?
Room is large and comfortable. Breakfast was terrific and staff were very helpful and serviced you with a smile.
Can not think of any.
Beautiful rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff.
No restaurant or other facilities (gym, pool etc), my room was very dark
Very clean and comfortable Staff very friendly
Room was located near reception and was noisy
Our room, #269, was nothing less than huge. A well appointed corner room with three windows overlooking the garden, made for a delightful stay. The breakfast buffet held a wide selection for every taste.
Although the marble tiled bathroom was quite posh, the shower enclosure showed definate signs of age and needs to be replaced.
