great private beach, good food, friendly staff, attractive hotel, good location with stunning bay views need to change the CD playing in the bar/beach area (listened to simply red about 30 times!) Need to ensure that the hotel swimming area is cleaned more often. Might like to have greater range of water sports avaialable (water skiing, wake boarding etc.) |

Motivation of guest service staff is very warm and felt at home. They reacted to different type of requests in timely manner which made our family quite comfortable during our stay in this hotel. |

Good position if weather is good Lacks facilites like a spa or pool when weather is poor, and al fresco dining on terrace is not available. Only one formal bar area. |

Excellent, friendly service. The staff really seemed to want us to have an enjoyable time. The hotel restaurant was quite expensive. It would have been nice to have had a cheaper dining alternative. |

- Excellent location, on the beach and near to the cable car - good beach facilities including deck chair and towels supplied - Hotel has nice decour and "old world charm" - Friendly, helpful staff with good language skills - Rooms were small and pokey - No gym or excercise facilities - Very expensive mini-bar (e.g. €5 for a can of Coke) - No internet available in rooms, only 1 access point available in hotel and this carried a charge. |

Entusiasmante:l'hotel è un piccolo paradiso, la struttura spiccatamente quella di una villa privata con camere confortevolissime e un giardino verdissimo e ben tenuto.Lo staff molto preparato ha saputo essere anche "familiare" nell'accoglienza, nella disponibilità e nel sorriso sempre spontaneo. Vicinissimo alla funivia per Taormina. La colazione sul mare è imperdibile.Ritorneremo appena possibile La brochure dell'hotel non gli rende per nulla giustizia |

リラックするにはすばらしい環境に恵まれたホテルであったと思う。レストランの質も良かった。 あえていえば、（１）高い！（２）車で行くと、道路が込んでいて、また場所がわかりづらい、（３）部屋自体は決して広くはない、（４）プライベートビーチは砂浜ではなく「砂利浜」で少し足が痛い、といったところだが、全体としてはすばらしい滞在であった。 |

la proximite de la plage et les personnes chargees de l'accueil surtout Angela le parkeing payant 13 euros par jours, la plage est en cailloux pas de sable, le prix exhorbitant et le menu (franchement pauvre) du restaurant oliviero, assez loin du centre de taormine |

Wir hatten hier einen traumhaft schönen 3 Wöchigen Urlaub verbracht. Ich möchte mich auf diesem Wege nochmals bei allen Mitarbeitern des Hotels recht herzlich bedanken. Es gibt keinen Grund sich zu beschweren - man ist in einen südeuropäischen Land und da herrschen andere Lebensgewohnheiten als bei uns und das muß man akzeptieren oder zu Hause bleiben. |
