Delightful hotel in old buildings with courtyards and roof terrace.Centrally situated for the sights of Ravenna. Staff pleasant and very helpful. Good breakfast buffet |

It was very conveniently sited both for all the sites in Ravenna and for the station.The room was comfortable and quiet,but only had a skylight so there was no real view (and you had to use a stepladder to open the window). Breakfast was very good. The breakfast room was spacious and had a garden view. The cold tiled floors in the bedroom, although this is very common in Italian hotels and would be less of a problem in the hot weather. |

Our room was Penthouse type and very sweet indeed. It was actually for 4 persons but we used it for double. The location is perfect for city tour. But only overnight stay room for us. No windows in the room,except roof window. No wiev from the room.Therefore we rocommend to use lower store rooms. |

Good location. Facilities were a bit odd - our room (#5) was huge with an intermediate room between the main bedroom and the bathroom which is only useful if you are in a party of more that 2 and still, that second room is a bit strange. The bathroom had a jacuzzi which worked partially but taking a shower was an actual challenge. |

Good location, very helpful staff, comfortable and attractive room (very big) We had to change rooms once as the shower didn't work properly, like most older hotels there were not enough lights in the rooms (and we had to unplug a light to plug in our laptop), and we could hear loud television and conversation at three in the morning. |

Very attractive and comfortable room, of a professional standard, and very helpful staff. The location is a good compromise between closeness to transport and to the important historical sites as well as restaurants and cafes. |

The central location and Hotel site were fantastic and the appartment set up was good too with a big space to relax in. The historic, city center feel was good too and the common areas lovely. Use of bikes was a big plus The room was big and quite recently renovated but slightly dilapidated (blinds didn't work, plugs off wall) and bath room was a little small. |

the reception area promised more than the room delivered. Our room was basic, a little cell like, very clean, but dull, not a place to spend anymore time than you had to in. Breakfast was sad, the bread tasted like it was left over from the day before. |

Il personale molto cordiale Ci è toccata una camera non come quelle mostrate in foto quando invece ci spettava! Se sapevo che le camere erano in quel modo col cavolo che sarei andato lì...mi hanno fatto 10 € di sconto (mamma mia non saranno troppi??) per la camera diversa da quella che mi spettava...ma l'organizzazione??le 2 camere che ci hanno proposto non erano comunque all'altezza delle aspettative,piuttosto insignificanti... Troppo furbi...NON Ci tornerei! Il parcheggio è distante e si deve passare anche da una ztl,hanno detto che ci penseranno loro...speriamo! |
