Style and confort of the room Staff is gentle and helpful Garden is lovely
Window leaking on the floor in case of rain Wifi not covering the entire room Rooms are rather noisy: Suites (ie, expensive rooms) located near the roof, where all the tech facilities work (washing machines and climate control engines) + room to room noise isolation not optimal
Very spacious room. The whole place is beautifully decorated. Somehow, we felt bit like intruders in a private Palazzo.
Beautiful accomodation, lovely location, friendly staff. Would book again.
Very helpful and friendly staff.
No tea making facilities in room.
Very small and personal hotel. Quiet and clean.
I feel like being the only person in the hotel that night. Rather spooky
The location and design of the hotel
All the noise at night No airconditioning
Ideally located in the centre of the beautiful city of Ravenna, the hotel is perfectly decorated
Decor Staff Location
No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Poor internet access.
Friendly staff; good location; power shower; good breakfast.
The bed was too hard and felt uncomfortable; the bathroom towels were a bit worn and unfluffy.
- Lovely helpful staff - Wonderful design and atmosphere - Fabulous location - Delicious breakfast
- We found it hard to get enough air circulation in our room. An explanatory leaflet, including instructions on how to open the skylights, would have been useful - Our fabulous bathroom was great to look at but needed a towel stand or some hooks as we could not dry out the towels after use.
The location was perfect: easy to drive to; close to parking, shopping, restaurants, and the mosaics. We had reserved a jr. suite/suite and the rooms were large, quiet, and clean. We were very comfortable. I would stay here again.
I felt like I was in a Pottery Barn floor display in the US. Nothing against the hotel. This style is just not one I like.
Hotel atmosphere and perfect location
Nothing not to like
nice design hotel in the city centre, good breakfast
wifi connection didn't work well in our room
Beautiful rooms, classic decor,good location
AC was limited for very hot weather
Boutique hotel in good location with friendly staff. Rooms very spacious. Good Internet connection. Lovely garden to sit in.
Very little storage in bedroom for clothes and no shelf or cupboard at all in the bathroom. Size of the rooms would make it easy to add these.
Helpful staff (even the trainee), good location, pleasant decor/interior design.
No clear fire escape instructions. Even when explained these could have been improved upon. The building essentially consists of 2 knocked through houses and is a bit of a rabbit warren.
Lovely high ceiling room number A5 with huge fireplace and two lrge windows with wooden shutters, massive bathroom opening onto private balcony plus separate dressing room / seating area with balcony. Very comfortable bed quiet Good breakfast on terrace. Friendly staff.
Location, helpful staff
Small touches missing: no shelf in bathroom, electric plugs at floor level in furthest corners of room, antique cupboard swings open & wont lock etc
