park garden, swimming pool, although just couple of hours in the sun per day because of tall trees, tennis court. one receptionist was rude and spoke something to himself in German like Blode Frage, after asking a normal question in english. Pitty for him we understand German. hotel has classic style, but need some modernisation, like very small old fashion tv standing next to bed which you could not watch from the bed. |

The grounds are beautiful, just outside the city. The bus stop to the center of town is right at the gate - very accessible. The food served at the hotel is a little expensive, but well worth it- excellent meals! |

The view was exceptional from our bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The living room was very small and uncomfortable. It's a bit overpriced based on the room size and amenities offered. We happened to be unlucky to arrive when the water in Siena was unsuitable to drink. |

Wonderful place to be! The service was great, food was excellent, and tuscan hills were incredibly beautiful. It was a wonderful weekend getaway and I would do it again in a heartbeat. |

The food was outstanding, the room was spacious, clean and exuded old world charm, and the staff went well out of their way to offer concierge services. Villa is on a efficient bus stop for visitng Siena, and located in a charming countryside that provied good access to Chianti region of Tuscany. Our room did not have a balcony which would have made nornings and evenings a bit more private. But the Terrace was never crowded, nor were the gardens and that made up forthe slght inconvenience |

We enjoyed the 'older style' restaurant service. Excellent food. The main building was very interesting and the terrace was excellent for lounging iin the sun. We needed heating in the rooms in october at night had to ask for portable heater. Meals and drinks perhaps a little too pricey for me. |

Excelent staff in all areas. Reception, Restaurant and all service staff. The swiming pool could have been heated. It was one of the reasons I selected this Villa. |

The relaxed ambience and it's quiet location Poor choice of bar food, overly priced restaurant and wifi access not available in rooms (only in reception) which you had to pay for. |

friendly helpful atmosphere. The staff madw us feel welcome even though we did not speak the native tongue. A level of service rarely found today. The lowest priced rooms are very nice, but better suited to one or two night stays without much lugage , since they are very cozy. |

Absolutely breathtaking views from every area of the hotel. Our room felt more like a private suite. It was very private and include a small terrace with an umbrelled table and chairs. Breakfast was superior with a courtyard...most pleasant way to start your day. The restaurant was a huge surprise, at least 4 stars, with very knowledgeable servers. We dined outside one night and inside one night. Had to request wash cloths, but again, the staff was most helpful and accommodating. |

beautiful peaceful environment; extremely helpful staff had a split level room with a bedroom upstairs and bathroom downstairs which was not the most practical of arrangements |

It was a very welcoming hotel, staff were all extremely helpful at all times. Food excellent and sitting outside for breakfast and evening meal was lovely. Pool was sheltered and quiet. Hotel itself delightful. Pretty much faultless. Handy for Siena with the bus stop right outside the hotel gates. Ample parking for cars also. We intend to go back to Siena and would definitely stay there again. Teensiest weensiest thing - the pillows were a bit hard! |
