A very beautifull hotel with a nice atmospheer, a nice garden with swimmingpool and an excellent diner in the garden. The sitting area and the luxery bathroom in the split level room is too small and too narrow. The sleeping area is OK. |

Superb! Excellent location an hour's walk from Siena with commanding views of the Tuscan countryside. The view of the sunset from the upper terrace was magnificent. Refined service with excellent attention to detail. Excellent breakfast and the set menu at dinner is a must for those wanting to experience local cuisine. I'll be back. |

The hotel was beautifully maintained. Our room was very comfortable and kept spotlessly clean. The hotel facilities were good and the pool fantastic. The staff were very helpful and friendly with a very persoanl approach and quality of service. The food was very good and the dining arrangements superb inside or out. Only that the trees and gardens did attract a few biting insects! |

The villa was ideally situated just a short bus ride from the centre of Sienna. The Villa enjoyed large nicely kept gardens with lovely views of the Tuscan hillsides and a large pool to cool off in. The food was excellent, we chose the typical Tuscan menu which we felt was good value. The pool lost the sun in the late afternoon which was a shame. We also felt that although we chose to eat from the Tuscan menu, the main menu was very expensive. |

Away from the hustle and bustle of Siena, this hotel was an oasis. With a lovely cool pool to relax by, and amazing views of either gardens or Tuscan lanndscapes. Food was great, and gave a true Tuscan gastronomic flavour, all complimented by excellent service. Food was a bit pricey, but taste made up for it and there is a 35 Euro Tuscan taster menu which I can definately recommend |

The hotel had beautifully arranged gardens all around and dining on the outside patio was lovely. They offered two prix fixe menus for dinner in addition to the a la carte and the more moderate one was an excellent value with a very Tuscan flavor. The staff, from bellmen to waiters to deskclerks, was friendly, knowledgeable and went out of their way to be helpful. The local bus service, stopping right outside the gates, was very convenient for getting into the city. Our room had only a view of the hotel roof which was a shame given the surroundings but our daughter's room, a true single, looked out onto a garden. The old fashioned shower setup in our room made it hard to shower without getting the floor near the sink quite wet. Our daughter's room had a stall shower instead of a tub so there was no problem there. They do not supply hair conditioner. |

The atmosphere was very relaxed and the staff were extremely helpful. We enjoyed the pool and the collection of international families who were also staying at the hotel. The bus to Siena was very convenient. |

This villa is an amazing hotel that exudes charm and service from a time gone by. Very relaxing atmosphere with beautiful grounds. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful. The wait staff at the restaurant is exeptional. We had dinner more nights at the hotel than we intended due to the outstanding food and service. The grounds and views from the villa take your breath away. It is easy not to want to leave the hotel property once you arrive. Our room (#30) was a corner room, with balcony, that over looks a lovely garden with the beautiful hills of Tuscany in the distance. The location of the hotel is a distance from downtown Siena, but we had easy access to city buses and used them daily. |

Our stay at the Villa was superb - one of the best during our Italian holiday. The staff were very friendly and helpful, internet connection with my laptop was free and the restaurant treated us like a King and Queen! |

park garden, swimming pool, although just couple of hours in the sun per day because of tall trees, tennis court. one receptionist was rude and spoke something to himself in German like Blode Frage, after asking a normal question in english. Pitty for him we understand German. hotel has classic style, but need some modernisation, like very small old fashion tv standing next to bed which you could not watch from the bed. |

The grounds are beautiful, just outside the city. The bus stop to the center of town is right at the gate - very accessible. The food served at the hotel is a little expensive, but well worth it- excellent meals! |

The view was exceptional from our bedroom. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good. The living room was very small and uncomfortable. It's a bit overpriced based on the room size and amenities offered. We happened to be unlucky to arrive when the water in Siena was unsuitable to drink. |

The food was outstanding, the room was spacious, clean and exuded old world charm, and the staff went well out of their way to offer concierge services. Villa is on a efficient bus stop for visitng Siena, and located in a charming countryside that provied good access to Chianti region of Tuscany. Our room did not have a balcony which would have made nornings and evenings a bit more private. But the Terrace was never crowded, nor were the gardens and that made up forthe slght inconvenience |
