Villa Sofia Hotel  

A friendly hotel with reception staff who spoke English; excellent breakfasts and ample parking.

The hotel did not have a restaurant but was under the same management as the Savoy Palace 5 mins away by car on the lakeside which treated us as residents and had very good cuisine at reasonable prices.

Very friendly staff, very clean, excellent breakfast selection. Pool area is superb, perhaps not enough sun loungers though.

The walk up the hill in the heat to either the hotel from the promenade or from the hotel to Gardone Sopra.

An amazing hotel, the gardens are elegant and manicured, the rooms spacious, bright and romantic and the staff exceptional in their friendliness and service. Location is within 5 minutes walk of Vittoriale along meandering cobble pathway. Highly recommend.

Romantic and quiet place to live in. There are a lot of flowers and greenery in the garden.The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The swimming pool is rather small. The parking isn't ample.

Location of the hotel is very nice. It is very close to the Garda Lake and they have free and secure parking place in the hotel's garden. Room was simply decorated but clean enough. It has a lovely garden and a small swimming pool.

Air condition was missing in our room and wi-fee connection was not strong enough to use it in our room.

Location suggestiva,immersa nel verde,vicinanza al giardino botanico bellissimo,al Vittoriale e alla cittadina alta (tutto a due passi) Bella piscina all'aperto,colazione ottima,cene meravigliose all'Hotel Savoy in convenzione.

Un vecchio, tenero Mivar a tubo catodico

La posizione immersa nel verde e vicina ai luoghi d'interesse turistico, la stanza con balcone vista parco, la ricca colazione e la gentilezza del personale.

L'albergo è immerso in un parco meraviglioso e ben curato, le camere affacciano tutte sulla splendida piscina posta al centro e sono tutte arredate con particolare cura. Un soggiorno romantico ed indmenticabile nella cornice di uno dei più bei laghi italiani.

La villa non è proprio sul lago bensì alla fine di una leggera salita che va verso il Vittoriale.

המיקום נפלא. הצוות יוצא דופן בנכונותו לעזור. החדרים מרווחים עם מיטות נוחות. הנווף עוצר נשימה. האוירה מאד נעימה, משפחתית. תמורה מלאה למחיר.

Bellissima la posizione,dal balcone della camera ci si sentiva gia' all'interno del parco,alberi secolari e ben curati; tanti fiori ed una vista sul lago davvero incantevole. A piedi si arriva al Vittoriale ed al giardino botanico, anche il lungolago con i suoi negozietti e ristoranti e facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ( ritorno in salita!). Molto curata la colazione dolce-salato e davvero eccellente tutto il personale.

L'unico appunto che mi sentirei di dire , l'acqua della doccia ai bordi piscina e' gelata, avrei preferito un risciacquo tiepido! sono una freddolosa !!!

Sehr hellhörig! Winziger Fernseher. Frühstück ab 7:30h, jedoch war es nach 8h bis alles hergerichtet war. Besonders unschön, wenn man frühzeitig abreisen muss. Frühstücksbrötchen ziemlich hart und fad! Dadurch insgesamt mäßiges preisleistungsverhältnis.

es ist ein sehr sehr schönes Anwesen. Schon die Einfahrt zum Hotel ist sehr gepflegt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Das Zimmer war mit Blick zum Garten und See. Durch die sehr stille Lage konnten wird die Balkontür nachts auflassen und das Rauschen des Gardasees hören. Der war nämlich an diesen Tagen unseres Aufenthaltes sehr wild. So romantisch habe ich ihn noch nie erlebt. Das paßte zu dem Hotel. Ein romantisches Plätzchen dort im Wald mit einem wunderschön eingerichtetem Zimmer - sozusagen wie zuhause - und wir waren glücklich. Auch das Frühstückbuffet war wirklich reichlich und für jeden etwas dabei. Gerne bleiben wir wieder in diesem Hotel, wir können es nur empfehlen.

Ein Hotel zum Wohlfühlen, mit besonderem Flair, das Personal beim Empfang sowie auch im Service ist sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Prachtige en hele rustige ligging van het hotel. Het zwembad is bovendien mooi geïntegreerd in het geheel en de kamers zijn heel netjes en mooi designed. Ontbijt buiten gewoon zalig en correcte ontvangst.

Van het ontbijt had ik iets meer verwacht; vers fruitsap ipv artificiële gesuikerde sappen zou een meerwaarde zijn voor dit prachtige hotel.

Rustig gelegen in een prachtige tuin met schoon zwembad. Heerlijk ontbijt in de tuin. Keurige kamer met geruisloze airco. Op 10 min. loopafstand van het meer.

Perfecte rustige ligging met mooi zwembad.

bellissima villa d'epoca tenuta in maniera spettacolare, a pochi minuti dal Vittoriale. ottima colazione, pulizia impeccabile e grande cortesia alla reception..

Bellissima posizione , struttura ottima e piacevolissima . Anche per una sosta di una sola notte struttura di cui si porta un ricordo piacevolissimo . Deliziosissima la prima colazione in giardino . Torneremo sicuramente .
