The staff... this hotel's most valuable asset by far (inclusive of the expensive wine collection). Reception and the pool area attendant were excellent. Great views of Mt. Etna from pool & restaurant. Castelmola, a very short walk away was charming with a few excellent restaurants & great views. Hotel tastefully decorated and comfortable. Good breakfasts, professional, helpful & friendly staff. Four star status questionable. Not every room has views of Etna - explicitly the deluxe rooms only. Although we booked a non-smoking room; we had cigarette smoke entering from somewhere unknown each morning and a building site across the road from 8am. Car ideally required to enjoy the surrounds, but shuttle and local bus available up to certain hours. Slightly off the beaten track, but nice. |

great views of Etna - excellent and friendly staff - good facilities local bus from outside the hotel serves Toarmina (3km away) almost hourly - but a late taxi back is €20 - we had a car which made things easier. |

The staff were fantastic, the waiters and on reception. Nothing was too much trouble and we were helped with car rental, taxis etc. Every now and then we'd get a surprise left in our room which was serviced daily. This ranged from a chocolate on the pillow to a bowl of cherries! The pool was fantastic, extremely clean and lovely big towels were provided. |

The staff were especially helpful. It was a great hotel and great way to start our vacation in Sicily. The staff were great about finding tour guides and making recommendations for dinner. The view was spectacular and the rooms were large and comfortable. |

Zeer vriendelijk bij de receptie, je kon alles vragen. Heerlijke kamer met balkon. Het uitzicht op de Etna. Ontbijt buiten. Helaas niet de mogelijkheid te voet naar Taormina. Daardoor zeer dure parkeergarage in Taormina. Weinig parkeergelegenheid in Taormina. Daarover had ik een ander voorstelling bij de boeking. |

A vista. O box do banheiro é minúsculo, há espaço para aumentá-lo. Eu praticamente nao podia me mexer dentro dele, e não sou muito grande. O café da manhã precisa melhorar. O atendimento na piscina é muito fraco, as bebidas são servidas quentes no verão de 40 graus. |
