Beautiful building and lovely grounds, excellent pool. Water problems. Maintenance not so good. Felt they paid more attention to people there for group meetings . |

Pleasant, helpful staff. Attractive setting. Air conditioning didn't work properly, and it's quite a long way from the centre of Florence. |

Ottima location, grande tranquillita' e arredamento delle camere molto curato e gradevole. Prima colazione un po' povera e riscaldamento della camera appena sufficiente soprattutto nel locale bagno/doccia |

Personnel très sympathique. Navette gratuite pour Florence. Problème de fermeture des portes de chambre depuis l'extérieur, il faut la tirer fortement, donc elle claque à chaque fois que quelqu'un sort de sa chambre. Pas agréable du tout quand on est réveillé en sursaut tard le soir ou tôt le matin. |

Θα έπρεπε να 'εχει περισσοτερους από έναν ύπολογιστες , με σύνδεση στο ίντερνετ , έστω και με κάποια μικρή χρέωση , διότι ο ένας περίμενε να σηκωθεί ο άλλος γιά να κατσει . Η ο ένας υπολογιστής που υπάρχει να χρησιμοποιήται με καποια δεδομένη από πριν σερά . Επίσης η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού χωρίς να είναι κακή έδειχνε καθαρά ότι δεν υπάρχει σωστή επόπτευση και εκπαίδευση ορισμένων εξ αυτών . |
