That there was a bed. The woman at the check in desk was not very nice and the restaurant they had didn't open when they said it would. |

Several staff members spoke some or a lot of English which made it easier to communicate, the staff was very helpful looking up Fed Ex shipping info. We arrived early and the staff made efforts to welcome us and get our rooms quickly ready. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms very large, the included breakfast was wonderful. I booked based on the description of the hotel as being a 14th century villa with antiques, painted ceilings and large gardens. The hotel was all that I had hoped for and more. I was also looking for a place near the airport. |

Personnel très sympathique. Navette gratuite pour Florence. Problème de fermeture des portes de chambre depuis l'extérieur, il faut la tirer fortement, donc elle claque à chaque fois que quelqu'un sort de sa chambre. Pas agréable du tout quand on est réveillé en sursaut tard le soir ou tôt le matin. |

Θα έπρεπε να 'εχει περισσοτερους από έναν ύπολογιστες , με σύνδεση στο ίντερνετ , έστω και με κάποια μικρή χρέωση , διότι ο ένας περίμενε να σηκωθεί ο άλλος γιά να κατσει . Η ο ένας υπολογιστής που υπάρχει να χρησιμοποιήται με καποια δεδομένη από πριν σερά . Επίσης η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού χωρίς να είναι κακή έδειχνε καθαρά ότι δεν υπάρχει σωστή επόπτευση και εκπαίδευση ορισμένων εξ αυτών . |
