Well, we liked everything. The hotel is easyly to be found as there are signs everywhere. A lot of greenery and nice view. Attentive staff, eager to help if need to be. Close to Siena and some vineries. I guess when the hotel is crowded it probably would be inconvenient to serve breakfast - not much space. Coldness in the room in winter is a flaw of all meditarrainian countries and hotels. |

The view from the room over the Tuscan hills Staff absolutely unhelpful and unfriendly. They sat and watched us take our suticases up and then down the steep stairs (we are "fit fifties" but the stairs were very steep and the lighting very dim); the breakfasts were very spartan and food not covered from insects. There were only 2 flimsy plastic cups in the room and there were no staff available to replace one of then when it split trying to open it. Also the rack rate was only 4 euros more than what we paid for each room, so hardly any benefit. We didn't complain as we were just so pleased to leave it as soon as we could do so and if we hadn't been so jet lagged we would have cut our losses and tried to find another one after the first night |

Staff lied about the distance to Siena and suggested that we walk along the highway with no sidewalks and vehicles travelling at 70km/h+ for what in fact was approximately 8kms. Very dangerous. |

The country side life style. I stayed in a tri-bed room. The single bed mattress was too soft. |

its comfort and relaxation were perfect for my family. During the winter time, breakfast room will not be enough for visitors. Because it is quite small. But for the summer time, it is gonna be enough because it has a very nice garden. |

It is a small hotel/BB family run. It is comfortable and homey with an ok breakfast. I loved the pool and the view of the rolling Tuscany hills covered with vineyards. The owners were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to help you. The city bus stopped almost at the door of this big b & b and that is convenient. The setting gave us an opportunity to meet people. We were able to swim late and that was great after a very hot day. The breakfast was lacking somewhat and as eveyone has complained about, it's the air conditioning. It doesn't work. It blows air that is not even cool. We just slept with the windows open. |

The location was very nice - out in the country with a great view. It was very quiet and peaceful - just what we needed after spending time in the city! I wish the air-conditioning would cool the rooms a little more. |

really excellent panoramic view from pool and the rooms on first floor our room was in the basement; dark and cold; too expensive for that; also very loud, heard every single footstep and tv of host family above; felt like intruders when wanted to sit at the pool in the evening as then used as private premises by hosts |

Hotel is clean and comfortable with excellent pool. Owners are friendly and breakfast is good. Take a car if possible, however taxi to Siena is only 13 Euros. Don't eat dinner in the hotel unless you like microwaved food. |

The view from our room was beautiful! It was very quiet and peaceful, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast on the patio was very nice. There was a little bit of mold and soap scum in the shower stall - maybe it could be cleaned a little better. |

It had very beautiful countryside. The people who ran it were very friendly. It was exactly what I thought the Tuscany countryside would be like. I only wish we could have stayed for a few more days. |
