Free parking lot, large and nice room, confortable bed Breakfast was very basic and not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. It was served at the bar with limited choice of stuff (basically only pastries). Orange juice was all gone and not replenished on time. Given the price of the hotel, it is not understandable why you have to pay additional money for the internet!

La camera che mi è stata assegnata non corrispondeva minimamente a alle immagini presenti in booking. Si parlava anche nei commenti di arredamenti nuovi e di design ma mi sono ritrovato in una camera con arredi datati e non da 4 stelle. Evidentemente mi hanno parcheggiato in una stanza non ristrutturata... Non è stato piacevole. Colazione scarsa.

Un accueil chaleureux à une heure tardive et un effort de la réception pour trouver quelque chose à manger alors que les cuisines étaient fermées. Un vrai petit déjeuner avec une machine à café traditionnelle et un véritable accueil.

Pulizia e accuratezza nella scelta dei materiali e dei dettagli, ambiente molto soft dove ci si può anche rilassare. Il personale si è dimostrato gentile ed affabile, molto disponibile, dando prova di grande professionalità, ritengo che questo hotel sia veramente un luogo decisamente da consigliare, la posizione (peraltro abbastanza vicino al casello di Capriate) lo rende senz'altro interessante e facilmente raggiungibile Il servizio wi-fi non è attivo nelle camere dove ho alloggiato e non è stato possibile nemmeno far funzionare il cavo lan, in quanto la presa era sta precedentemente rotta e resa inutlizzabile da precedente cliente, considerando che mi sono trovata a Boltiere per lavoro, questo è stato un piccolo neo. Il personale però si è dimostrato talmente gentile e disponibile nel cercare di aiutarmi a risolvere l'incoveniente che di fatto non lo ritengo assolutamente una mancanza, del resto con me avevo l'indimenticabile chiavetta internet per cui il problema è stato facilmente risolto
