Quiet, good breakfast, very clean. The hotel is at Lido, a good place but a little far from the main island. If travel time is very tight, the time spent on boat will be an issue. |

Guter Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadtbesuch/Kurzurlaub in Venedig. Ruhige Lage / gepflegter Gartenbereich. Freundliches Personal, - gibt hilfreiche Tipps und ist sehr zuvorkommend. hellhörige Zimmer ( ... ist aber dem Alter der Villa geschuldet!), Frühstücksangebot (... ein besserer italienischer Bäcker/Lieferant, etwas frische(r) Wurst/Käse ... würden schon helfen!) |

l'attenzione per la prima colazione servita in giardino o in camera precisa e puntuale all'ora richiesta. Gentile accoglienza e attenzione all'ospite anche prima dell'arrivo con email. poco isolamento fra le camere, camera piccola e bagno minimale senza appoggio sapone nella doccia, solo water, doccia senza piatto. |

El personal es realmente amable y está dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento. Ambiente muy familiar y cómodo. Cercano de la estación de vaporetto del Lido que lleva a la Plaza de San Marcos en pocos minutos. Barrio muy tranquilo. |

Il personale di servizio è veramente squisito, sempre molto sorridente e disponibile. I traghetti che ti collegano a Venezia funzionano ininterrottamente 24ore su 24. La Villa si trova vicino alla banchina dei traghetti. Niente, anche se è importante sapere che la camera non era particolarmente grande quindi è maggiormente indicato a coppie giovani o comunque a chi possiede un pò di spirito d'adattamento. |

Ottima posizione Stanza piccola per essere una tre posti. Servizi igienici insufficienti: water-bidet in blocco unico alla giapponese in Italia per il preszzo pagato è assurdo. Colazione solo essenziale e previo accordo serale: inconcepibile per il prezzo pagato. Personale "freddino". |
