Friendly personal, clean house, good parking possibility
To the prebooked hotel we arrived at 5 afternoon, but the pansion closed, no anybody. Have to call the owner, after 20 minutes arrived and allowed go in. Cold room.
The rooms are beautiful. There is a bus stop to Venice and back a few minuts walk distance. Staff is helpfull.
- rooms, location, staff
breakfast options could be improved
charming place, good connection to buses for Venice, nice garden
breakfast was poor and provided only until 9.30 (too early for Italy and for holidays); no reception upon arrival
Good location, easy to access thr bus stop
I had been waited for 2 weeks after the stay in the hotel, because i dont want to be subjective on comments, make sure im calm. Its a very small hotel, i expected it is warm, clean and cozy, but nothing meets my expection. Poor staff - staff are very rude, only of the male staff even get in my room without knocking the door! Poor service - you cannot put your luggage after check out Early check out time - 10am, after 10am, you need to bring your luggage with you, make sure you dont have a big still you really stay here. Bad room conditions - smells very old with dust, not clean, when i dropped things on the floor, i was struggled to pick it up. very cold at night and they only provide thin blanket.
Location is excellent for access to both train and bus to Venice or Treviso
Villa is a bit shabby and needs a bit of loving care! It was getting cold and damp in room. When we asked if we could have heating on we were told it was still summer! There is a heated towel rail in bathroom but not switched on so towels never dried......we tried to contact owner but there was no outside line to them using the phone in room. They did replace them when we asked. Being on ground floor and by the road we couldn't open the shutters as thre was no privacy
not bad localisation
To park the car for the night in the Hotel property you need to leave the car keys on the reception. That's what we did. Next day we found out that our car was moved to another position and get scratched on the side! I even found my car paint on one of the walls! After an hour long conversation we were assured that Hotel gonna help us out. They supposed to contact their insurance company... but since we left the hotel noone called us and noone answered the phone and messages! I'm really disapointed. Never leave your car and car keys there!
The smell, the bads, the breakfast
Very good location. Private closed parking, internal yard with garden. Big rooms, quaet and calm place. Good interior and personel
Very good location, close to a bus station, 15 min from Venice. Nice and clean with parking for our motorbike. Marco is very friendly and helpfull. We arrived at 01:00 after midnight and they helped us with our room. Very reccomented!
no tea or coffee making facility,
very friendly and helpfull staff, ideal location for travelers with car, close to town center, quiet place, very nice room in retro style.
Location, able to park the car safely and get the bus into Venice. The room was clean and comfortable. Very good price.
Breakfast - glad it was included in theprice, would have been disappointed if we had paid extra. It is served in an unpleasant area, the crockery was chipped. Bread not the freshest we have had! Everything - bread, yoghurt, jam, croissant - is already placed on your table
1. Comfy location (close to Venice, bus station) 2. Quiet place 3. Free parking 4. Welcoming personel 5. Budget-conscious variant
Marco was fantastic. Convenient to Venice. Value for money. WiFi. Parking.
Girl who served brekky was miserable. Brekky was barely average. Broken shower head stayed that way.
Location Price Furniture Confort
Friendly and helpful staff.
Part time receptionist Petra was attractive & tried to assist. The new breakfast/cleaning lady was very conscientious.
Proprietor lives elsewhere. That could be a disaster in a fire or earthquake or explosion in a tightly tenanted property. Little onsite management or assistance. (Mornings only). Arrivals were left sitting & waiting - often outside! Georgio (ppr) had a bad attitide and refused to correct or discuss or even call!. Our room was gloomy because of low wattage bulbs (3w & 8w!) - several didn't even work. No proper reading lights. No hot water on arrival. Insecure ground floor windows kept shuttered (no natural light). Shower design difficult to use and partly broken. Mostly Giorgio should have returned my call, listened & corrected the problems for other guests. He never turned up.
Very helpful staff
Marco was a fabulous host - very helpful and also great to talk to, a really nice guy. Villac crispi is great value for money, easy to reach venic via bus but also do not forget to check out mestre, it is very nice.
The breakfast was a bit basic.
Right at the bus station to Venice, beautiful garden, free parking
The room was a bit old and a bit smelling
Good location, 3 min to the bus stop, 20 min to Venice by bus. But no buses on Sundays. Old traditional house, cozy and comfortable. We were late for the breakfast, but they waited for us. Breakfast is served on a nice terase.
Location; 2 mn to bus station for Venice.
Smell of humidity in the room and lack of care for the garden.
They left the keys for us because we couldn't find transport from the train station to the hotel. That was kind.
Check out is at 10:00. We knew that, OK. However, in the morning we couldn't finish packing and at 10:15 the reception girl (also the owner I guess) came knocking on the door and asked us out. We said we are leaving in a few minutes. And only 2 minutes later, the maid came knocking on the door and did the same thing. Check in is at 14:00. Why such a hurry? Also, I wouldn't recommend Mestre for young couples. Yes, Venezia is a bit expensive but Mestre is not very safe.
Good access to Mestre Centre and easy to get to Venice. Facilities a little tired, broken shower head and door. Breakfasts very basic and it felt rather authoritarian. Service adequate rather than good.
Disappointing to have broken shower doors and the shower head held up by string. Breakfasts were very basic, poorly delivered to the table. Felt a little like a school camp facility.
