i enjoy staying there as it is a family run hotel and in my many stays i've always been given excellent service and help

The lady at the reception was very nice. She spoke French and was incredibly helpful. The hotel has a swimming pool which is really welcome after a visit of Pompei in hot temperature. The restaurant was nice as well. Finally, the location is excellent, 5 minutes walk from Pompei entrance.

The hotels location is perfect, close to train station, auto strade and Pompeii. The restaurant was nice. I left a dress in the wardrobe by mistake and the hotel very kindly found it and sent it home for me.

Nice hotel with very helpful staff. Not recently furnished but clean and the size is comfortable. Location is very good to visit Pompei Ruins. It is 3-5 minutes walk form the main entrence and from the train. The breakfast is also good, free expresso or cappucino with the breakfast.

Not a big deal but the light is on the balcony is on till late night and no switch in the room, is controlled by the hotel, not by the room.

The location is perfect for a visit to the Pompeii ruins. It is just a very short walk to the entrance of Pompeii.

The room was very cold at night. There was no heat during the night which made for a very uncomfortable sleep.

Horarios cafe e jantar. Nao podemos tomar aperitivos a noite devido horario fechamento do restaurante. Somente os funcionarios do front desk foram simpaticos e atenciosos.

Dejlig pool, som var yderst tiltrængt I varmen. Søde ansatte I reception og restaurant. Ligger lige opad Pompeii-udgravningerne og tæt på stationen. Meget godt udgangspunkt for ture til Pompeii, Ercolano, Vesuvio og Napoli. Man kan efterlade bilen her og tage på turene I det fantastiske opland til Napoli.

¡La piscina está genial! Es importante volver después de una jornada de visita en las excavaciones y poderse pegar un baño relajante. Está pegando con las excavaciones arqueológicas de Pompeya, con lo cual puedes bajar andando desde el hotel hasta la entrada a las ruinas en 5 minutos. El desayuno muy completo y, si lo pides, te traen un buen cappuccino caliente a tu mesa.

Para empezar, no es un Hotel, es un Motel. Es un edficio construido hace unos 40 años como mínimo que en su momento se debió proyectar con otra orientacion, pero que dada la proximidad a las excavaciones de Pompeya se ha reconvertido al turismo arqueologico. Las instalaciones y el mobiliario son muy antiguas. En el baño no existe ninguna cortina o mampara en la bañera con lo cual cada vez que te duchas la mitad del agua va al desagüe y la otra mitad al piso del cuarto de baño, así que luego te tienes que dedicar a secar el suelo con alguna toalla, si quieres entrar después y no poner la habitación perdida. Pero lo peor de todo es que a pesar de disponer de un aparto de aire acondicionado en la habitación, este no se podía utilizar si no lo solicitabas a recepción con un sobre coste de 8 euros diarios. Esto me pareció el colmo del descaro, sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio que pagamos por la habitación de 105 euros por noche y porque en niguna parte la web se indicaba que el aire acondicionado era "de pago". Pasamos dos noches horribles, con un bochorno muy grande y sin poder utilizar el aire acondicionado. Como ventajas destacaré la proximidad a las excavaciones de Pompeya (se puede ir caminando), el buen trato del personal (camareros) y que tiene piscina.

L'ottima posizione e la bella piscina. Gradevole il ristorante. Alcuni componenti del personale molto gentili (in particolar modo il signore che ci serviva la colazione).

L'arredamento decisamente da cambiare, non consono alla struttura dell'albergo. Consiglierei ad una persona dello staff di essere più disponibile ai colloqui con gli ospiti dell'albergo.

Die Lage für Exkursionen ist absolut ideal, auch die Erreichbarkeit durch öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend und sehr preiswert. Das Hotel ist kein Superhotel, aber sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Angebot im Restaurant könnte vielfältiger sein, ist aber grundsätzlich in Ordnung.
