Even the choice for breakfast was not so vast, everybody could find something for him/her. Staff very kind and helpful.
Rooms on the upper floor have no real windows, just small ones on the top of the wall. Beds/ matresses too soft for our taste.
The staff were friendly, and its location, near was convenient, but it simply needs to be fixed up and modernized.
It needs a complete renovation. The room was just so old and outdated.
Extremely friendly, nice and helpful staff, very clean rooms and bathroom. Very good wifi connection.
Although the hotel is very close to termini station which made it much easier to access Metro and trains, the neighborhood is relatively bad and full of homeless people living on the street. The quality of breakfast was good but the variety was very limited, it got boring after 2 days.
Nice old building with a charming small garden. Very quiet location, although it is very close to the railway station (Termini). Kind staff and a decent, varied breakfast. Good value for your money. (PS: our beds were excellent!)
A nice family hotel. Very clean and cosy. Great wifi and other facilities.
wifi sometime not work in room but lobby very excellent
Very convenient and quiet. Staff super helpful as always. Baggage store available. Only 200 metres from Bus Express to Ciampino airport (piazza dell'indipendenza)
Lovely secluded little garden. Very convenient location near the main train station.
Location to termini and colosseum Pleasant staff Price
Room quite small and basic - not many plug sockets, no mirror etc
Friendly helpful staff Great room with balcony Beautiful lounge area
Breakfast needs more variety, eggs etc, fresh fruit. Would be great to sit outside in courtyard.
Hotel is about 4 blocks from Termini, the main train station in Rome which makes it very convenient for those seeing Europe via Eurail. The staff was friendly and helpful and the breakfast was decent although not "spectacular". Front desk folks were very nice and helpful with directions or allowing us to leave our bags for the day when we were leaving on a later train. I would, and have, recommend this hotel to those visiting Rome. We booked very early and got a great price on a comfortable room for four with a large balcony.
Very good location near the railway station .Nice and helpful staff. There are a lot good cafe and restaurant around also a supermarket. And old-stile building with rooms with a high ceiling.Good wi-fi.For sure, I will stay next time in this hotel.
The location. The breakfast. The staff. Cleanliness.
We stayed in a quadruple room which has a big and lovely balcony. The room was very clean and comfortable. Despite we were staying 4 adult people in the same room we felt very comfortable. Wi-fi in the room was excellent. The location of the hotel is very close to the Termini Station. The staff is very friendly. They gave us a warm welcome. The next trips I will definitely stay at this hotel.
Close to the main train and bus stations. The hotel has a nice little garden.
No soundproofing of the rooms. You hear all the noise of the street and the majority of the rooms are located streetside. Impossible to darken the room, there are no curtains! You receive the full daylight in your face in the morning. The additional coverlets were dusty. The breakfast is the poor classic ham/cheese/honey but the personnel is nice and helpful. No international TV channels. Room's locks are manual and not solid—no feeling of full safety for your belongings.
Very nice personnel (they even remembered what I was ordering for breakfast), nice clean hotel, placed in a quiet street. Good quality for the price.
Nothing in that price range.
Handy location in middle of Rome with their own garden. Helpful staff, great breakfast, loved it there. Would rebook if went back to Rome
A shabby chic gem in a fantastic position . Wonderful staff ,room had a lovely little balcony and would have no hesitation to book for the next trip .
The staff were fantastic. We had three family members with gastro, the staff bent over backwards to assist, even going as far as calling an ambulance for us. The room we had was brilliant, with a large balcony. So close to the station, shops and restaurants!
The pillows were very soft and squidgy - a few more would have helped.
the location is perfect. only a few minutes walking to the main train station
the breakfast is simple, not as good as the room and the location
It was a very basic room but the location close to the train station made it a good location. Rooms were clean, breakfast was okay, some of the staff were very helpful with information.
I could hear everything in the rooms next to me - including a crying baby and every time the people seemed to turn in their beds. With ear plugs, you are fine. The shower was so tiny that with the shower curtain, it was almost impossible to take a shower (and I'm a small person) as the curtain keep sticking to me. I also had a double bed but since it was two small twin beds pushed together, it would constantly separate as you were sleeping. It was the least expensive place I could find with a good rating and it's fine for a couple of nights. I only post this information so people know what to expect.
Very small room and bathroom
Location: 1 block from Termini central station Free wifi: it just worked and was fast enough for email/facebook and downloading apps from the iOS app store Great value for money
No trash bin on the room Elevator was old, small and slow
Excellent hotel, 5-min walk from Termini train station, where you can take a train to the airport Fiumicino an also metro to the main touristic places in Rome. Very good buffet breakfast, huge comfortable bedroom (our was 110). Free wifi. Walking distance to the Coloseum and many other atractions in Rome.
Unfortunatelly, our bathroom had a very bed smell of sewage that came from the latrine. We talked to the staff, that tryed to solve the problem but with no success. If it didn't happen, I would give 5 stars to the hotel.
Perfect location. Value for money is appropriate. Clean. Limited choice of food for breakfast, but sufficient.
