having stayed in many hotels over the years this hotel must be classed as one of the best. the service was excellent, the staff brilliant, the location amazing..... everything was just really great. i would go so far as to say that only the 5 star hotel in egypt that we stayed in was better than this one. |

The staff was fantastic. Definitely the best service I have ever received at any hotel. Hotel arranged all my day trips to all the different islands and I was happy with all of them and found all to be a good value. Morning breakfast on terrace with view of ocean and fort was beautiful. Hotel also has a lovely pool area, where you can have excellent light lunch. The shower was a bit haphazard. It was just a slab of tile with a curtain on a rickety pole and you had to hold the shower head if you wanted it above your waist. For European standards, shower was a 2-3 star experience, but hotel service was a 5 star so that made up for it. |

A wonderful villa, superb design with segregated balcony/ terraces and bonus of swimming pool, breakfast terrace - all of which had great views towards the harbour and old town. The quadruple room was plenty spacious for us and our 2 young children and had quality fixtures and historic features. Newton was an asset and anticipated our every need. Villa is an easy 5-10 minute walk to town. The quality of the bedroom and size of bathroom deserves a larger/ better shower cubicle but don't let this detract you. |

hotel molto ospitale,la gentilezza del personale la tranquillità e la riservatezza del luogo ne fanno un vero e proprio paradiso per chi soggiorna, il proprietario assieme ai suoi collaboratori è stato sempre disponibile in tutto,premurandosi di accontetare ogni nostra richiesta sui luoghi da visitare e su tutto ciò ci servisse.la stanza silenziosa, luminosa ben climatizzata, curata e sempre pulita.dista poco dal centro dove lo si puo raggiungere facilmente a piedi.Incantevole |

Gentilezza, discrezione,disponibilità, attenzione dei proprietari per la clientela. Simpatia ed efficienza del personale in particolare del signor Newton addetto alla colazione. Spazi in comune ben tenuti e che aiutano a socializzare. Distante quanto basta dal centro per evitare confusione. Panorama su centro storico e mare, spazio per auto e moto.Stanze sempre pulite. |

Espace piscine qualité du personnel Les appartements ne sont pas à recommander car l'isolation phonique est inexistante surtout avec les voisins du dessus !!! les chambres d'hôtel semble mieux |

Sono stato con la mia ragazza una settimana in questo Hotel . Siamo stati benissimo, La camera era sempre pulita, bella , con un'ottima vista. Notevoli tutti gli ambienti e la piscina . Il servizio è ottimo, cordiale , simpatico e preciso. Farsi consigliare dal Sig De Pasquale su escursioni ristoranti ecc.. è una sicurezza, siamo sempre stati bene. La colazione è servita su una bella terrazza fiorita da un bravo e simpatico cameriere che esaudiva ogni nostra richiesta (bravo Nwton!!) Insomma , siamo stati benissimo e ci è dispiaciuto partire perchè ci sentivamo coccolati da persone molto simpatiche e cordiali... Andrea e Sara |

Excellent!! La villa e le camere sono molto carine. Gli stuff sono molto gentili e friendly. I loro consigli (ristoranti e escursioni) sono giusti. Vorrei trascorrere con loro anche la prossima vacanza. |

herzlicher und freundlicher Empfang, Hilfsbereitschaft bei allen Fragen, engagierte Rund-um-Sorglos-Betreuung, für italienische Verhältnisse sehr umfangreiches Frühstück, toller Blick auf die "Akropolis" von Lipari-Stadt, zwar nicht zentral gelegen, aber sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen und nicht zu unterschätzende Ruhe, außerdem auf Wunsch und nach Absprache Shuttle-Service durch das... Badezimmer ohne Fenster |
