Cleanliness, comfort in the room and location. Also the staff was very gentle and friendly The hotel had only opened the day before and there was lack of staff. Also there was no toast at the breakfast and compared to the 3 star hotels we had been staying just few days before, the breakfast here was poor, but would definetly recommend it. |

It was very Clean and the Jaccusi was good, The pool was nice but a bit too cold. Staff were very helpful and spoke good English which was a great help. Room was always clean and tidy despite our own mess. No tea making facilities in room. Long distance from town and local shops/restaurants close from 12:30 to 4:30pm. The breakfast was not much to my liking but I realise this is personal preference. |

Hotel staff exceptionally helpful and friendly, standard of housekeeping was without fault and generally all facilities were good, especially the use of free bikes. Disappointed the indoor pool was unusable because of low temperature.Disappointed that evening meal was only a set meal of three courses - no a la carte menu. Distance from town made it difficult to get back to hotel after 9 when buses stopped running. |

Kids loved the pool. We loved location near beach and restaurants. Staff friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. Good rooms, spotless. No complaints at all |

The light, peaceful atmosphere, pleasant staff (even the chambermaids were extremelly pleasant and obliging), the facilities and good breakfast I would allow more light in the room (couldnt open the curtains fully and leave them open). |

the staff were wonderrful, very efficient but also very friendly and nothing was too much trouble, the hotel itself was very clean, the staff were very informative , there was lots of information in reception about places to visit, timetables of trains/buses/boats etc. and anything that wasn,t available the staff would always sort us out. the rooms were kept spotless,the maid service was excellent |

Verrassende inrichting, service (restaurant) en luxe (jacuzzi op dak) voor een 3-sterren hotel. Leuke ontvangst door 'the slave', mooie, gezellige schone kamer met ruim terras. Prima lokatie, vlak bij strand aan het meer. Tip: eten bij Taverne del Lago op klein pleintje iets verder op. |
