Hotel A Villa Felice Relais  

Well run by friendly staff. Fantastic views from our own terrace. Spacious bedroom and very comfortable bed. Shuttle service to Amalfi village that we didn't know was available until we arrived.

The staff were excellent and really helpful. Location of the hotel was excellent. It a bit far from the town center but thats the compromise for having excellent views of amalfi. I would gladly go back to the same hotel any time.

A bit if compromise was the rooms are not soundproof and so you can hear outside noises. In our room the bath tub was leaking a bit. I am sure the hotel staff would have addressed it if we told them about it. The hotel is a bit far from town center, but they always provided us with an excellent shuttle service.

The hotel is located nearby Amalfi (10 min by car). From the breakfast room there is a fantastic view on the Amalfian coast. The staff has organized a comfortable shuttle service between the hotel and Amalfi city centre; therefore it is possible to leave the car in the hotel parking and reach the city with the shuttle, which is very useful to avoid the payment of the expensive parking tariffs in Amalfi.

Everything is perfect; just the breakfast could be more accurate, with a greater variety (and quality) of choices

Attitude of most of the staff. Ability to get transportation to and from town of Amalfi. The room was particularly a nice size for the price and the views were excellent. Andrea the driver was terrific.

The young lady at the front desk needs to be a little more sensitive to what it means to provide good customer service. We ate there twice and the food was good, but there seemed to be a "OK, here's your food," with little sense of personality or caring for the customer. There also seemed to be no experienced hotelier management experience and the "kids" could use some good mentoring.

It was very central to the other towns on the Amalfi Coast. The staff was very accommodating in terms of dropping off/picking up in the main centre of town. It was quiet and peaceful and away from the main area of the town but very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay in Amalfi and would recommend Hotel Villa Felice to anyone looking for comfortable, reasonable, and accommodating stay.

The hotel staff were great and they take care of us very well. We had great time. The hotel itself is very cozy and nice. Hotel's shuttle was very convenient.

It did not have beach itself. But the hotel's shuttle took us to the beach any time we wanted. Many thanks to Andrea,Valerio,Mr Pasquale(the owner) and lady Maddnena.

Una hermosa edificación y mobiliario muy confortable vista de la habitación impresionante
