The hotel staff were great and they take care of us very well. We had great time. The hotel itself is very cozy and nice. Hotel's shuttle was very convenient. It did not have beach itself. But the hotel's shuttle took us to the beach any time we wanted. Many thanks to Andrea,Valerio,Mr Pasquale(the owner) and lady Maddnena.

The hotel is located nearby Amalfi (10 min by car). From the breakfast room there is a fantastic view on the Amalfian coast. The staff has organized a comfortable shuttle service between the hotel and Amalfi city centre; therefore it is possible to leave the car in the hotel parking and reach the city with the shuttle, which is very useful to avoid the payment of the expensive parking tariffs in Amalfi. Everything is perfect; just the breakfast could be more accurate, with a greater variety (and quality) of choices

The staff were delightful. Friendly and courteous and very helpful. The location of the motel is up in the hills away from noise but yet just a short bus ride with the bus stop at tbe door or take the free drive by car down to Amalfili by one of the staff. We made Amalfili our base and took day trips on public transport. Great view from our balcony it was a lovely 5 days. I would recommend this as a great spot to stay. The bathroom is spotlessly clean but need a shower curtain.

Attitude of most of the staff. Ability to get transportation to and from town of Amalfi. The room was particularly a nice size for the price and the views were excellent. Andrea the driver was terrific. The young lady at the front desk needs to be a little more sensitive to what it means to provide good customer service. We ate there twice and the food was good, but there seemed to be a "OK, here's your food," with little sense of personality or caring for the customer. There also seemed to be no experienced hotelier management experience and the "kids" could use some good mentoring.

It was very central to the other towns on the Amalfi Coast. The staff was very accommodating in terms of dropping off/picking up in the main centre of town. It was quiet and peaceful and away from the main area of the town but very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay in Amalfi and would recommend Hotel Villa Felice to anyone looking for comfortable, reasonable, and accommodating stay.

Perfect location, beautiful landscape from the terrace. The staff was professional and helpful, the overall service was really good. Good breakfast and the room was clean. The roof in the luxury room was a bit too low for me, especially in the shower (I'm 194cm), but it was well compensated by the private terrace that was huge and with the best landscape you can get from the Costiera Amalfitana. By the way, I got the luxury room even if I booked a standard one, so I was extremely lucky to get it :) It would be the perfect hotel for an honeymoon. There's the chance to get a ride to Amalfi for free.

It is a cute family-run property, nicely furnished, comfortable and clean. The staff is nice and helpful and the veiw from the terrace is amazing. It is quite far from the center of Amalfi, round half an hour walk down the steps. However, the hotel has shuttle service whenever needed thus this problem is easily solved.

Disponibilità,affabilità,cortesia di tutto lo staff. Servizio navetta vale 100 punti Il Relais dà la vera percezione dell ' incontro tra mare e cielo Posto stupendo Ho festeggiato il mio 60° compleanno con questi amici appena trovati Grazie a tutti Ma tutti hanno dei difetti , l ' importante é saperli gestire . . . .

La vista del hotel es inmejorable sobre el mar Tirreno y la disponibilidad del transfer para llegar al centro de Amalfi, ya que el hotel se encuentra en la montaña a 3 km La poca disposición que han mostrado los empleados en asesorar y asistir al turista

Certamente il panorama e dunque la posizione dalla quale poter ammirare il bellissimo scenario marittimo della costiera Amalfitana. Colazione scarsa, assenza del riscaldamento nel bagno, inadeguato per famiglie con bambini piccoli.

è un hotel meraviglioso immerso in un contesto incantevole...non avremmo mai pensato che fosse solo un 3 stelle! Il parcheggio gratuito ci ha permesso di spostarci nel centro storico di Amalfi e di visitare Praiano, Positano e Ravello con estrema comodità. Abbiamo fatto un'ottima colazione su una terrazza da cui potevamo ammirare un panorama mozzafiato...ci torneremo di certo!
