Very nice village and very nice hotel. Close to the skiing slopes.

Check out time is 10:30 am. We asked to extend to noon and they approved as I had 3 rooms. Also the hotel closes its doors at 10 pm and opens at 8 am. If you arrive outside these timings you will need to stay out in the snow weather until someone opens for you.

Location was fabulous! Staff was extremely helpful and provided service with a smile (even when translating my terrible Italian). Room was clean & tidy with plenty of space. The breakfast spread was a feast of typical European breakfast foods. We ate until our eyes bulged! We will definitely be staying again next year!

Information about the children's room/ pool was not provided on check in (could have been because of the language barrier)

1) Breakfast is poor, just for kids, all meals, except for sandwiches, are sweet. There are not a cereal, no omelettе, no sausages, no pancakes, no vegetables. 2) sometimes the pipes are buzzing until you turn the temperature control battery. And if is nobody in room?

Hotel is great for kids,they have nice playarea and big swimingpool.Hotel is in walking distance to skiing area and stuff was vey kind.

Rooms have old furniture and it was a little bit cold in them

The hotel is located only 500 m from Folgria ski slop and Folgaria ski school. The staff are very active and they offers many activities and fantazia for kids. The worm swiming pool is wondorful I can't imagin that I would be able to swim in january but I did there. The spa contains turkysh bath.

The reciption is closed at 10:00 pm and opened at 08:00 am I had to change my trip plans becouse I didn't find some body to do check out at 07:30 am.

Great location, within walking distance to ski lift (costa). Breakfast is good enough and spa is quite nice after a day of skiing.

It is a great hotel for families with kids. The hotel has a nice playground that my son enjoyed a lot. Continental breakfast is good with a great selection of savoury and sweet food -especially the freshly baked pastries are good-. The sauna is great! My husband loved the showers in the sauna area. We went to the farm, fattoria didattica, that my hubby and I enjoyed a lot; but I wouldn't reccommend it for kids under 4 or 5 years old. We will go back for sure if the price remains in the same terms :)

It is a real pitty that the swimming pool and the sauna opens only after 3pm. It would be great if the facilities were open in the morning. Especially as the opening times crashes with the organised activities in the afternoon by the animators. We found that 5 euros for hiring a bath robe or 2 euros for an extra towel is a bit too much. The towels in the bedroom were just enough for drying after the shower so they forced you to get extra robes or towels. There was no indication on their website that wearing a cap for the swimming pool was compulsory, we ended paying 4 euros for each cap.

Englischkenntnisse von Personal mangelhaft, das Zimmer für vier Männer war winzig, obwohl in der Nebensaison das Hotel fast leer war

Sehr nettes und hilfbereites Personal mit guten Deutschkenntnissen. Ideal auch für Zwischenübernachtungen auf der Durchreise.

Lo staff è stato disponibile, la camera è spaziosa con un bel bagno. Belli i saponi a muro! A 20 minuti dal centro di Folgaria a piedi.

Il letto scricchiolava un po' troppo e la colazione era poco varia (mancava la parte salata).

Mi è piaciuto innanzitutto la posizione vicina agli impianti di risalita, la struttura, con il suo centro benessere rilassante dopo una giornata trascorsa sulle piste,la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff.
