Cancellation
If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.
In case of no-show, 80 percent of all nights will be charged.

One child from 2 to 12 years stays free of charge in an extra bed.
One further child from 2 to 12 years is charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person in an extra bed.
All children from 12 to 16 years are charged 25 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
All older children or adults are charged 35 % of the room stay per night and person for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 3.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Any extra bedding is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The hotel offers the following facilities at an additional cost:
- Newspaper shop (during the summer months).
- Beach umbrella on the equipped beach. In order to reserve one of the beach umbrellas in the first row of the beach, near the sea, you must make your request immediately after booking and contact the hotel directly.
- Transfer service to Monopoli Railway Station and Bari and Brindisi Airports.
- Early departures will be charged a penalty of 50% of the amount of the remaining booked period.
- Reservation in first row of umbrellas on the beach come at an extra cost (requests are to be made at the time of booking, directly in the hotel).
