The hotel was clean and staff were friendly. 1. We booked rooms but upon arrival we received two beach houses which were very unsuitable for winter time. 2. It was very windy and moving between parts of the compound meant we had to walk out in very strong wind. 3. The rooms were very cold and windows were not so sealed enough to prevent cold wind from coming through the windows and the doors. 4. Food was terrible, no menu, just eat what is available, if it was not for the weather condition, I would have left to a nearby city. 5. Breakfast was very limited in items, probably hotel keepers are not used to non-Italians.

Une bonne partie du personnel etait tres a l ecoute, et pret avous aider. Je n ai pas aimee le faite que la plage etait a 2 km, le centre a 7km, et un bus toutes les 2h, et plus de bus a partir de 22h... aucun touriste au sein de l hotel et aucune animatiom proposée de plus les photos sur le site donnait a l hotel un certain au il n y avait pas en arrivant... et l aspect exterieur etait un peu negligé... désolé pour toutes ces critiques, en espérant au elle puisse améliorer les services. bien a vous

Aia Del Vento is set in the countryside just out of Cisternino. It has gardens and rooms with panoramic views. Your free buffet breakfast is very generous.
