Breakfast was very limited, should have fruit and different bread types

The location was great, rooms spacious and the atmosphere was friendly and the staff very helpful, especially reception.

The rooms were not particularly sound proof, with noise travelling at night with noisy neighbours, but the issue was quickly and discreetly resolved by reception.

- the rooms are too litle! - the hotel and the furniture are very old; - the TV in the room is too little, too old, very hard to use; - the windows in the rooms are to old, in the winter its imposible to look trough them; - doesnt have a frigerator in the room

The location was very good for skiing. The ski locker room was very good. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. (Hotel excellent for young families and hence the noise - we were looking for little more peace and quiet and hence our comments need to be taken accordingly)

The restaurant was extremely noisy and needs a baffling system coordinated on the ceiling. The food was school canteen quality. The room walls were very thin and noise traveled easily through them.

great staff, uncomplicated and helpful. despite being fully booked, the staff altered our reservation that we could bring along another friend. very clean, great bus connections. all in all, a fantastic place to stay!!

Washed our cycling clothes and made a special effort to cook oatmeal porridge just for me during a cycling stage race.

Some of the hotel staff cannot speak English at all, which makes it very difficult to communicate one's needs. But when someone who can speak English came on duty, she was very helpful and made me feel welcome.

Location near the bus stop directly to the Mottolino Fun Mountain. Good prize for stay in Livigno.

The lady at the reception was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. Hotel is like frozen in 70-ties. Breakfast could be much improved.

It's placed near the slopes, so you don't have to go by bus. The rooms cleaning very good.

There are different rooms inside, some of them (that we received first...) very bad. We changed for some reasonable ones - however, the pool is small and opened only few hours daily, the reception and the lobby look old and poor.

I loved the help of the staff - these people could make comfortable hotel from a tent.

The hotel had a working cleaning service with clean rooms as a result. The clerks at the reception had a very helpful and forthcoming attitude towards us, with tips of restaurants etc.. The closeness of the hotel to the Teola ski lifts is a big convienience and the free ski busses stop right outside the hotel, which come very in handy when riding on the carosello side.

é la terza volta che siamo stati a Livigno e all'albergho San Carlo, e torneremo ancora. Questo vuol dire tutto.

LA posizione una bella vista del paese dall'alto

Хороший отель, есть бассейн, сауна, проркат горнолыжного снаряжения. Русскоговорящий персонал на рецепшен. Отель стоит своих денег.

WI-FI доступен не во всех номерах.

Reštaurácia otvorená až o 19.00 hod. večer. Studený bazén.

Líbilo se mi všechno: úroveň ubytování, ochota personálu, vynikající kuchyně, přístupnost sjezdovek. Pokud se vrátím do Livigna, volila bych stejný hotel!

Nic nelze vytknout.

- Vicinanza alle piste da sci (si esce dal parcheggio dell'albergo sci ai piedi e si è già in pista) - Vicinanza al centro del paese (5 minuti di autobus, che ferma proprio davanti l'albergo, o 20 minuti di passeggiata) - Cortesia e disponibilità del personale - Camere ampie e pulite

- Cibo: la qualità del ristorante non è stata altissima; probabilmente per via del grande numero di ospiti presenti (sono stato ospite il week end di Pasqua 2013), era impossibile cucinare al momento, ma i piatti della cena arrivavano addirittura freddi a tavola. Sicuramente si può migliorare la qualità

Na 3+ hotel veľmi slabé raňajky , bez ovocia a zeleniny, stále jeden sortiment, malé izby.

Dichtbij de ski area Mottolino. Vanop de parking van het hotel kan je naar de lift skiën. Stevig, verzorgd ontbijt. Reeds tweede opeenvolgende jaar in dit hotel. Zeker niet de laatste keer ... ;-)
