We traveled out of season (March) and found Villaggio Stromboli as one of the few places operating. We truly loved the place. It consists of a set of rooms/villas on terraces overlooking the ocean and a lovely black sand beach, with direct views of the Strombolichio and the sea in the front, and the volcano in the back. It is set amidst trees, flowers and lovely patios. The restaurant for breakfast has large windows and a wide terrace overlooking the ocean. It was quiet, well kept, and made up for a very relaxing stay after an exciting climb to the volcano. Although a bit far from the center of the village and the port (you can get a pick up at the port if you call ahead), it is perfectly located on the route to the Observatory and the Scciara del Fuoco path, to witness the impressive eruptions of the Stromboli.

The hotel is awesome! It has a nice breakfast, very nice view on the sea. There was no air conditioning in the room but a ceiling fan which went "click" at every turn...

We enjoyed the planning concept of this hotel, designed as a small village with shady open terraces (family rooms). Breakfast was good enough, welcoming stuff very polite and helpful. Very nice beach with good restaurant next to the hotel. You should pay extra for a/c, shuttle service to and fro the sea port, in spite of the short distance (Five minutes walk). Visits of ants to your room. Wi-Fi is possible only at the reception point.

L'hotel et ses multiples terrasses sont très agréable. L'accès direct à la plage privée est très pratique. Le tout sur une ile très pittoresque. Certains personnels ne sont pas très souriants et disponibles.

Wir waren 1 Nacht im Hotel und haben Nachmittags die Strombolibesteigung mitgemacht. Eine freundliche Dame am Empfang hat uns sogar auf deutsch begrüßt. Das Zimmer war Super, vor dem Zimmer gab es eine kleine Sitzgelegenheit mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Am späten Abend als wir von der Wanderung zurückkehrten, haben wir trotz dass wir die einzigen Gäste waren (Wir waren in der Vorsaison dort) sogar noch etwas zu trinken bekommen und wurden sehr freundlich bedient. Alles in allem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt, alle Angestellten waren sehr hilfsbereit.

La posizione della struttura davanti l'isolotto di Strombolicchio è davvero carina. Le camere frontemare sono davvero suggestive per l'odore e il suono del mare. il rumore della sala colazioni fin dal mattino... la nostra stanza era sotto il ristorante

Eine sehr schöne Anlage, die direkten Zugang zu einem kleinen Strandabschnitt hat, (wahrscheinlich) alle Zimmer besitzen eine eigene Terasse zum Meer hin gerichtet. Das nicht üppige aber ausreichende Frühstück konnten wir auf der "Panorama" Terasse genießen (Meerblick und Blick auf Stromboli) Toll!!! Zimmer sauber und gut. Nice, clean room with great seaview. Der Transfer wurde zwar komplikationslos organisiert, aber 6€ / Fahrt fanden wir für die kurze Strecke total überhöht - zu teuer. (ca.1km) Transfer to expensive

Sa situation, directement sur la mer surplombant une petite plage de sable noir. Chambres indépendantes disséminées dans un joli jardin. L'hôtel propose d'acheminer les bagages jusqu'au port le jour du départ.

Die Anlage des Hotels ist sehr harmonisch. Die Mischung zwischen Gartenanlagen und Einzelhütten ist gelungen. Viele Zimmer haben einen wunderbaren Blick aufs Meer. Die Rezeption strahlte keine besondere Freundlichkeit aus. Es musste zweimal nachgefragt werden, bis wir eine zusätzliche Decke bekamen (Monat Oktober). Der Service entsprach nicht dem Preisniveau.

la chambre plutot jolie dans un beau cadre avec vue sur la mer la petite terrasse face au Stromboliccio le personnel plutot indifferent et blase le petit dejeuner tout juste correct l'eloignement du port et donc le transfert payant pour rejoindre l'hotel a l'aller ou le port au retour

Chambre en bord de mer, belle vue, très calme. Tout les services sont payants. Climatisation en supplément. Wifi payant (30 min, 2€) . Transfert depuis ou vers le port payant. Manque d'intimité: le balcon de la chambre n'est pas privatif, vous êtes à coté des voisins, du coup on ne peut pas laisser la porte ou la fenêtre grande ouverte sinon les voisins voient tout!
