Am rezervat o camera dubla, de fapt a fost un studio ceea ce nu m-a deranjat. Camera curata si baia la fel. Locatia este ok pentru cei ce vor sa petreaca un sejur la mare, plaja este foarte buna, nisip fin, marea de asemenea. Nu sunt pietre sau pietroaie. Nu este o locatie pentru tinerii care cauta cluburi,discoteci si alte mijloace de distractie, este o locatie buna pentru familiile cu copii mici. Foarte multa mobila inghesuita pe-o suprafata relativ mica. Pat dublu mare, canapea, masa de bucatarie, comoda, dulap de haine, bucatarie complet utilata, nu prea am avut loc de "dans".

Sehr nette Mitarbeiter und tollte Comfort bezüglich des Strandshattels.Es passt dort einfach alles. Das Umfeld ist teilweise Baustelle und der Strand ist nicht sehr sauber.

V Italii je bezne (nevim proc), ze si nechavaji nesmyslne pasy na recepci a vraci je pri predani klicu zpet. Bohuzel jsme spechali a pri vraceni klicu pri otazce, jestli je vse ok nam pasy nebyly vraceny. Samozrejme chapu, ze clovek je za pasy zodpovedny, ale recepcni udelala velkou chybu a pasy nam nevratila. Takze s personalem nespokojenost!!!

Il lido collegato all'hotel Accoglienza del personale poco professionale, camera in condizioni di abbandono per quanto riguarda l'arredamento, piscina non utilizzabile nel pomeriggio a causa delle partite di pallanuoto... Sicuramente non è all'altezza di un vero 4 stelle

Personale delle pulizie puntuale ogni giorno..Camera c era pure frigo e armadio cucinotto dove poter fare qualcosa da mangiare e il parcheggio che e una sicurezza in piu per me per l auto. Penso che questo hotel per fornire degli standard di confort e agio sufficienti a mio avviso per il soggiorno dei vacanzieri debba calarsi maggiormente sulle esigenze della gente. Attualmente rispetto ad altri hotel visti penso che sia in una posizione di mediocrita' considerando anche la sua dislocazione; e da apprezzare comunque l'impegno nel cercare di migliorare... Se consiglierei ad altri questo hotel penso di no perche credo ci sia di meglio.( Cmq questo e un mio parere , puo essere che per altri questo sia uno dei migliori, quindi occhio.!)

Un'eccellente pizzeria e un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo, soprattutto per famiglie con bimbi o se (come nel nostro caso) lo si utilizza come tappa di viaggio. La colazione è minima. L'accesso al mare è troppo scomodo se non si possiede un'auto. Da sconsigliare se si pensa di riposare tranquilli quando la discoteca è attiva o c'è qualche festa che dura fino a tardi

Quiet good hotel with good price. **** no - it is good ***, wifi only in reception, problems on swiming pool, fare to the city, rooms only with doors, without windows. Hotel raczej 3 gwizdkowy niż 4; Wifi tylko w recepsji, na basen tylko w czepku (choć zewnętrzny !!!) daleko od sklepów, restauracji. Ale dobra cena

Ein sehr freundliches und für die Gäste sehr bemühtes Personal ( die Sizilianer sind nicht immer freundlich ) Das Essen war sehr gut ,die Preise auch. Leider liegt das schöne Hotel fast 1km vom Strand entfernt, zu dem man allerdings mit einem Shuttle hingefahren und abgeholt werden konnte. Der Strand ist allerdings in einem schlechten Zustand. Sehr schmutzig(Flaschen, Müll,Scherben...) Von einem Privatstrand erwarte ich Sauberkeit,( für die natürlich in erster Linie der Tourist und Strandbesucher verantwortlich ist.) worauf das Hotelpersonal allerdings achten müsste. Aber auf Sizilien ist eben alles anders, das weiß ich schon.

Il personale dell'Hotel è stato molto gentile e disponibile, dal proprietario ai singoli dipendenti. Appena giunta all'hotel ho chiesto se era possibile, così come già sottolineato in fase di prenotazione, di avere la colazione senza glutine. Il personale dell'hotel ha fatto il possibile per garantirmi una colazione per celiaci e l'eventuale cena o pranzo. Grazie! L'accesso al mare non è comodissimo. Nonostante l'hotel sia a poche centinaia di metri dalla bella spiaggia di Scoglitti, il percorso non è agevole in quanto la struttura non è proprio dentro il paesino.

Questa è la terza volta che soggiorniamo e rispetto alle precedenti volte ci siamo trovati meglio. Gentilissimo l'addetto alla reception. Il box doccia andrebbe sistemato.
