The area surrounding the hotel was very beautiful. ANd arriving on our first day, we took the wrong bus, but we called the hotel, and they arranged to have someone come pick us up! Very helpful. We did have the room right next to the front door, and is could get somewhat noisy early in the morning. |

Excellent location for driving into Florence, staff were friendly and a pleasant setting. Our room was located next to the main door which meant that our sleep was disrupted very early in the morning with the opening and closing of the door. The bed was very uncomfortable and extra pillows are a necessity. The choice of breakfast options was poor. |

Een mooie sfeervolle locatie. Na een renovatie zou het een prachtig hotel kunnen zijn. maaltijd was voldoende maar eenzijdig. Veel achterstallig onderhoud met name aan de buitenkant. Sommige matrassen zijn slecht. Aantal faciliteiten zijn ter plekke aangebracht bijv. föhn buiten werking, stekker koelkast ontbrak. Afstand naar Firenze via smalle wegen is toch nog behoorlijk ver. |

servizio, camera abbastanza comoda , colazione più che sufficiente, giardini esterni da relax. frigo-bar vuoto, nella doccia manca una mensolina per appoggiare shampoo e quant'altro, giardino esterno bellissimo ma troppo malcurato. |
