Staff were friendly and very accommodating
The staff were so friendly and happy to give recommendations on places to eat and vineyards to visit. They offered a tablet to use for free as our mobile phones were a little clunky. Location is perfectly located in the middle of the prosecco region if doing a little tour
Very serviceminded receptionist with good suggestions for local autentic restaurents and day trips. Swimmingpool and outdoor areas. Free minibar in room. Excellent location for wandering and bicycling i prosecco area.
Lovely location, terrific grounds, great staff.
Accommodating staff, excellent garden and well kept quarters...overall impressed
balcony, wlan, ambiente, friendly stuff, nice breakfast, parking space, garden, terrace in summertime
the single room was too small, but the restroom and the balcony was in a nice size. fried eggs costs 4 Euro additional, not nessecary in my opinion
Good and sufficient breakfast. Comfortable mattress. Clean room. I was very satisfied.
Very friendly service, rich breakfast, perfect location and nice decoration. Although I had a single room, it was very big and comfortable. Everything was very clean too. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. He gave me a hotel bicycle too for a tour. I recommend it and I would like to spend some days there during an other trip with my family. A useful information that the receptionist gave me when I called that I will arrive late is to insert in your Navigator when you are close to San Nicolo 47, the name Pedeguarda, because the entrance of the hotel is on that street. Not far from Venice too.
No lift, heavy with bagage Un-cventral
hotel runned by friendly hard working family. clean rooms and facilities. nice terrace and swimming pool. rural area , centre of prosecco district,
nothing really. internal decoration perhaps what outdated.
Courtesy of the owners, family run business, good breakfast
A bit more flexibility with the late check out
Stylish, spacious rooms
Basic, unvarying breakfast (though standard for Italy)
Hotel was lovely with lots of character. Pool immaculately clean. Staff extremely accommodating and made our trip a memorable one.
Quite remote so really needed to have a car. Hotel locked at 1pm so unable to sit out with friends who were staying the other end of the hotel!
Ok hotel room. Breakfast was nice. The younger staff was friendly and welcoming. The older lady at the reception was not.
We got a "non- smoking" room which smelled of smoke, bad! Many rules about when to use the pool! We were sent to a place for dinner where they obviously hadn‘t heard about "good service"... the local Italians were treated like royals while we -just tourists- were treated like outlaws, we had to wait for everything- even for the bill we had to wait half an hour. In addition, they charged 4 Euros per person for "seating" and the food was overpriced as well. We were disappointed and suspect that the hotel gets some money for sending their guests to eat there. To make a long story short- do not just follow the hotels suggestions on restaurants, but get some information yourself... plenty of pizza places around. And yes, they are open, even if the reception claims otherwise.
Not many rooms and the outside space is excellent and relaxing.
