The whole stay was excellent. Service top class, views amazing, room outstanding, roof terrace unbeatable in Florence. I will go back and recommend others to stay whenever in Florence. |

The staff and they make my stay very pleasant. Prices and you can not eat out of a expensive menú. Bery expensive and really do not know why a Michelin star, you pay it but not deserve it. If you want Italian food or normal dinner you must go out. |

If you want to live in the central part of Ferenze - it's not for you, because the location of Villa is on the mountain (near David) with perfect city view . You need to take - free hotel trasfer during the day or taxi (~12 Eur from the center) or bus. Ahe breakfast is not included in the room rate- it's amazing for such level hotel ! For it's prise 28 Eur per person breakfast is rather standard. |

Newness of hotel, the pool, the view, the expert opinion of reception on restaurants not in any guidebooks. Hotel cancelled our room because our credit card had been cancelled. They sent an email and got an out of office message but still cancelled our room - we had to spend a night in the city in another hotel. Prices in the restaurant were extremely expensive and di not reflect the quality. |

The hotel had an amazing setting - the views from the terrace were stunning.The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and service was excellent. Food and drink prices high but it was a Michelin star restaurant! |

le cadre est somptueux. la vue sur florence magnifique. l'accès à la ville très simple. les chambres sont parfaites d'un point de vue comfort. salle de bain avec jaccuzzi très agréable après une longue journée de marche. le prix du petit dejeuner. largement trop excessif par rapport au buffet proposé. |

Prachtig hotel en stijlvolle kamers. Het hotel heeft een prachtige ambiance en een schitterend uitzicht over Florence. Shutteldienst is erg handig en goed. Prijs van het ontbijt is exorbitant hoog! 20€ per persoon voor continental en 28€ voor een iets uitgebreider ontbijt. Prijs van ontbijt zou in de kamerprijs moeten zitten, zeker in deze catagorie. |

ミケランジェロ広場のすぐ隣。ホテルの目の前にバス停がある為、中心街に行くにも不便はありませんでした。- 庭の噴水の音が一日中聞こえていて気持ちが良かった。 古いのはいいですが、部屋の掃除が全く行き届いていないので清潔感はありませんでした。バスルームは掃除し- ていないのでは？埃や前客の髪の毛など、積もっていました。バルコニーにはタバコの吸殻が何本か落ちてまし- たし、イスは汚れていて座れませんでした。５星の価値を疑います。 |

Prachtige kamer op een bevoorrecht locatie met uitzicht op heel Firenze. Via last minute booking prima prijs/kwaliteit verhouding voor kamer. 26 EUR per persoon voor ontbijt is wel zeer veel - prijzen bar restaurant, minibar ... zijn op niveau jetset. |
