Newness of hotel, the pool, the view, the expert opinion of reception on restaurants not in any guidebooks. Hotel cancelled our room because our credit card had been cancelled. They sent an email and got an out of office message but still cancelled our room - we had to spend a night in the city in another hotel. Prices in the restaurant were extremely expensive and di not reflect the quality. |

The hotel had an amazing setting - the views from the terrace were stunning.The staff were extremely courteous and helpful and service was excellent. Food and drink prices high but it was a Michelin star restaurant! |

The hotel had a luxorious but homely feel to it. The staff were exceptional. They were very helpful and friendly. The food in the hotel was overpriced and not to the standard I would expect for the price being paid. As a vegetiarian I foulnd there was no well thought out vegetarian option and the one option they did offer for vegetarians was bland. |

Alleen al het uitzicht over de stad is onbetaalbaar. Het hotel straalt romantiek en rust uit. Dikke pluim voor het personeel. Zonder te willen muggenziften: één van de spuitkoppen van de whirlpool werkte niet meer, en de letter "m" op het toetsenbord werkte niet. Vrij vervelend als je je mail wil checken. |

La sublime vue sur florence, la beauté de l'etablissement, la navette gratuite pour rallier le centre ville. Le prix du petit dejeuner 28 euros par personne (non testé)... Mais c vrai que dans un relai chateau faut pas s'attendre à moins cher |

Nous avons eu une "chambre romantique "avec une jolie terrasse donnant sur le jardin et la fontaine, très joli cadre, le personnel est très accueillant, nous avons beaucoup apprécié les produits l'occitane dans la salle de bains. L'hotel est très propre et décoré avec goût. Le petit salon avec les infusions et tisanes (excellentes!) est très agréable. Le jacuzzi est très étroit (simple baignoire de taille normale avec 6 jets d'une puissance aléatoire). Nous n'avons pas aimé le bruit de la ventilation et/ou de la climatisation, ainsi que les nuisances sonores des autres clients de l'hotel (bruits de pas, de conversation dans la salle de bains). |

Ambiance, vriendelijkheid personeel, kleine extraatjes (chocolaatje op de kamer, olieflesje bij vertrek, krantje aan de deur 's ochtends), verzorging kamers, luxe in kamers en behulpzaamheid bij afwijkende wensen. Wat ook zeer positief was, is het feit dat ook buiten het seizoen het hotel en het personeel perfect georganiseerd was. Laatste avond was lounge gereserveerd voor diner sponsor Ajax en niet beschikbaar voor hotelgasten. Dit leverde enig ongenoegen op en leidde tot geluisoverlast, ook op de kamer. De relaxte sfeer van het hotel was verdwenen die avond. Dat is echter ook het enige smetje op de overigens prachtige dagen die we in Villa La Vedetta hebben gehad. |
